They picked up the phone right away. They were friendly, easy to schedule and customer centric.

In providing service they tore the dry wall around the circuit board. Another electrician saw what had been done and told us that tearing the dry wall around the circuit board had been unnecessary to perform their work. |We have not asked Brightway to correct this nor do we plan to use the additional hour of electrical service that is due us.

All American Electrical was on time and performed the work quickly and efficiently.

It was great. They couldn't fix my problem but it wasn't because of them, it was due to the wiring in the light fixture in my kitchen. I didn't dislike anything. They called me before they came and they came when they said they would. I wished they could have fixed my light but other than that, well he did actually fix it, but a day later it stopped working. It's not his fault it was that way.

The owner and a helper arrived at my house on time...and were able to move the cable connection. The job took less than 1/2 hour, with both men working together, one in the attic and one in the study. After he finished he checked the electrical box and asked if I wanted a whole house surge protector....he had one in his truck and offered it for the price of the protector and installed it while he was at the house. Thru Angie's List, I had paid for one hour of labor with two men, so there wasn't additional labor to install the surge protector.

He solved the problem within 5 minutes by resetting a GFI circuit that we didn't know existed. He informed us of the need for a full house surge protector and installed same. Total visit time, about 15 minutes.

Completed the work purchased through an Angie's List deal. Did a good job. I would hire this company again.

Contractor arrived on-tme, as scheduled, after consulting with me concerning my desired location for the light switch and the overhead light, he and an assistant started in on te job. I provided the switch, box and faceplate as well as the LED light. The contractor provided wiring, conduit and assorted hardware necessary to complete the job. For power source, contractor used an existing doorbell and tapped into it. Contractors worked diligently and completed the installation within an hour. They cleared up attendant trash and disposed of it. The only drawback to this service was that they wanted to be paid by check or cash - I was anticipating using my credit cards. They did a very goo job.

The contractor did not confirm the service address prior to the first appointment, so they came to my work address instead of my home address. Scheduled a second appointment to do the work, and the contractor hemmed and hawed over the work that would need to be done to accomplish what I wanted. I told him that I was fine with "extra" work and using the deal cost as a credit toward the bill. He asked for photographs so that he could get a better idea of the challenge. I sent the photographs and he said he would call me to discuss before coming out. He never did, then called DURING THE TIME OF THE APPOINTMENT to hem and haw (try to talk me out of it) more about what would need to be done. Then he said he would have to order materials and they wouldn't arrive for a few days. So they wouldn't be here today, they'd have to come back A THIRD TIME. So twice, we took entire afternoons off from work to meet these guys and have nothing to show for it. I want my money back.

It was very good. He pointed out some things we needed to do, like some wiring in a closet. It was minor things but it was worth knowing about them. My husband dealt with them. He liked him a lot. He liked his energy and friendliness. He was impressed.

I recently bought this home for my mother and wanted an electrician to come out and look over the electrical and provide whatever extra services he could within the stipulation of the package i purchased. Honestly I don't know what the guy did. I paid for an hour of labor but my mom said he wasn't there an hour. Also, Mike refused to check out the spiced wires in the attic which my home inspection report mentioned could be a fire hazzard. Mike said said there was, "too much insulation". And it would be like finding, "a needle in a haystack." Yet i t didn't seem to be a problem for the original home inspector to go up there and find it. Anyway he said all three smoke detectors needed to be replaced. Fair enough, but he also wanted to charge an additional $150-180 dollars for purchase and installation, and frankly I didn't want to pay that considering he didn't fulfill the original services I had already paid for. All in all Mike seemed a bit lazy. So I'm going to search for another electrician to come out to the house again, but I definitely won't be calling All American Electrical.

They did a great job, the replaced a light and installed a new light outside on my barn. I had them come back because they did a great job and they did a whole house surge protection.

They were professional and responsive but the equipment they brought out to install was not quite what we expected it to be. As such, we decided to go in a different direction

The provider was fine, they did good work with a smaller job and we scheduled the appointment for the Big Deal service. However I have decided I just do not want to pursue this work at this time.

The only problem was they arrived too early, getting here at 9:45 for an 11:00 appointment. They had to wait outside for about 15 minutes until the bathroom was accessible. They did that with no problem and apologized for getting here too early. They did the work and cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy with the resulting installation.

Showed up at day and time promised. Went right to work. Installed Surge Protector. Tested it. Closed up. Went outside and found the ground wire coming down from the Electrical Service access pole and followed the ground wired down into the ground to insure it was attached to the 'grounding pole' or 'Earthing Pole' that insures a sound ground. (Apparently, a number of builders in the past have failed to install the pole and simply stick the ground wires into the dirt.) In short, I received excellent service and I highly recommend them.

When contacted to set up appointment I was asked about my electrical panel and determined it was an older electical panel, installed when house built 1988. All American Electric Company, INC offered to refund purchase of $169.00 or install larger whole house protector for $235.00. Went with larger house protector. Installation was fast and put inside current panel. Would use again.

This is a terrific company. The scheduling was so easy, the deal was great, and the electricians were patient & professional. All my little jobs might have made others crazy, but they really explained the work nicely & were fast. They cleaned up all the debris and were so nice to my puppy who followed them around. My master BR light fixture revealed signs of water damage internally & one of the guys quickly came to discuss it. I would re-hire them anytime.

Mike & Justin were on time in fact a little early. And we got 2 great electricians for the price of one. They were helpful and got as much done and even offered to do more in the time frame they had. .even Stayed extra time and did not charge for it.. Were respectful and mindful of our cats (not letting them out ) Look forward to working with both guys again. Thank you for a job well done.

Find it hard to believe this provider was vetted by Angie's list. I bought the "deal" to have the surge protection installed for my tenant at a rental property following a lightning strike that fried their TV and the garage door opener. Contacted "Mike" and provided the tenant's address and TWO phone numbers so he could arrange an appointment that worked for both of them. He contacted the tenant, made an appointment, and after that it all went south! On the day of the appointment, the tenant (who is a stay at home mom with three little girls), tells me he never showed up. My wife and I separately contact "Mike" to ask what happened and got a story that he was there but the tenant was not home. He also said he banged on the door and tried to call (although letting me know he was not required to do that) but got no answer. When I questioned him about the number he called, it turned out it was my cell number he called and not the tenant. After reminding him of our conversation about what number he was to call, and the number he called to make the appointment, he told me he could not remember all the details and called the number on the order sheet. I then asked him to describe the house he went to (this is the same day mind you) and he responded he could not as he went to ten houses today and can't remember what it looked like despite "banging on the door." Bottom line, my tenant is not a liar and I do not see how he could have gone to the house. He had the nerve to tell me that he would not charge me for no one being there! He cut the separate conversations with me and my wife short by telling us both he had other calls waiting. I told him I just wanted to make sure he went to the right house next time and could not leave a message for him since his mailbox was FULL! There was no paperwork or instructions left with my tenant regarding the warranty; I am waiting to see if it comes in the mail and will update this post accordingly. Based on this experience, I would not use him again and could not recommend him.

I didnt use the deal because it ended up getting rescheduled and I had someone else take care of the issue for me in the meantime. I was 100% satisfed with their services.

The crew arrived on time and not only provided an estimate, but were able to complete the work immediately. They were polite, professional and cleaned up after themselves. They installed two ceiling fans and two electrical outlets.
