It worked out fine. It was a short visit. They identified the problem and resolved it. Their turn around time on the schedule was a little delayed, I think it took them a couple of weeks before they were available to come out.

Mike Fountain and his partner completed the work in a timely and complete manner. They identified various issues and addressed my electrical issues. They were very clear in their explanations, cleaned up any debris and packaging, careful of my yard furnishings and worked with a sense of purpose and expertise. I would definitely hire them again.

There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. The guy was very professional and very nice. He had a good personality. He worked with us and got it done. He suggested us what type of flood lights to get. The work turned out great.

Due to scheduling conflicts, I had to have the work done by someone else. Nothing negative against the company, I just needed the work done at a time that was not available.

The electrician was on time and very professional. He was helpful in answering any questions I had as well. I would call on them again.

Mike Fountain at All American came out on a Saturday, and fixed our electrical issue. More importantly, he educated us about how our home is wired so we can help ourselves in the future.

Team of two people came and did the above electrical work they split up the work. One replaced a switch the proper way with the power off, and the 2nd person replaced a switch the improper way--HOT or with the power on. When I questioned--he said that he liked to live dangerously.

They scheduled the service, arrived on time as scheduled. They performed outstanding work. Professional electrician and got right to work. If I need any more work done I would hire this company and Dave the electrician again, as he was very good.

Other than some mis-communication and having to re-schedule my appointment, the work was performed in less than the two hours I had planned on it taking. The dispatcher was very good about keeping me informed and the electrician who performed the work did so fast and efficiently. I was pleased with the service.

I started buy email the company to see about getting someone out to my house to put in a outlet outside. I was emailed back asking when someone what dates would be good and if I bought the deal from Angie's list. I then emailed them back and told them what dates would be good and also told him that I was buying the deal that was on Angie's list. I gave them a date of 12/19/2014 and was emailed back to be told the they would only do appointments on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Then she also said that she would ask someone in regards to an appointment on the 19th as per the day that I requested, The lady also stated that she will get back to me and a couple of days that was back on December 11. I have not received any emails in regards to this I have also tried to call three times. The lady's name is Rhoda fountain and the two numbers I was given was 904-291-4007 904-403-5567.

Provider checked all electrical sockets and replaced florescent bulbs in kitchen and bathrooms.

I had I care for disabled elderly mother and work full time, so my schedule needs are unique and of course being a business providing in home services, so are theirs. They accommodated me as well as they could, but it took a couple of tries. It took the electrician a bit to understand what I wanted and why I needed it. What you pay on Angie's List covers labor and not parts. They were very personable from the person who answers the phone to the electrician who showed up.

I purchased the a whole-house inspection from All American Electrical Co. in September. Rhoda immediately got back to me to assign a time when they could come to our house for the inspection. I explained to her that we were in the middle of a move and I would have to wait until things calmed down. She was courteous and understanding and even checks in from time to time to see how the move is going. I will further update this review once the work is performed, but so far I cannot say enough about their responsiveness and professionalism.

Bad, the reason for the service was to install a wall outlet, which was informed both by phone and by angie's list email, which is quite documented. The serviceman was not informed, nor brought with him the materials for the installation. They did install a power surge, at an extra charge. Called to work out a solution, and was informed that they only do service calls during the week, so much for us working people. So, never interested to contact me, at the hours I informed them I could take calls, to do the service that I originally called for. Very disapointed.

reviewed electrical box , installed surge protector very satisfied with this company, I called a week earlier, price was $129 per hour was advised that the next week the price through Angie's list would be $99 the electrician was on time and satisfied with work would recommend All American Electrical again;

Fixed GFI, but had to co e back the next morning to fix the outlet. When I realized the problem wasn't foxed, it was too late to come out, but they showed up first thing in the am.
