Replace 10 tradition sprinkler heads with low volume higher coverage heads.

The service tech was prompt, courteous, and thorough in his work. I showed him all my areas of concern and he fixed the leaning and broken sprinkler heads and reset the timer. I'm very happy with the work performed.

He explained how to adjust my sprinkler heads and suggested that I buy Rain Bird brand cause some of my sprinkler heads are 20 years old. We checked each zone to make sure the water wasn't hitting the driveway and watering correctly. Alan is a great guy and I suggest if you don't want to get ripped off to go with him. He even explained to me what kind of sprinkler heads to buy and how to put them on. He set the timer for me according to the regulations. I will definately be calling A & L I rrigation again.

Allen was quick to respond. He gave me all the pros/cons of upgrading my system to a low flow system that actually resulted in better coverage but uses thousands of gallons less water than my older system. Heads were all adjusted perfectly. My wife and I are very pleased. I then decided to do a paver walkway which was going to require moving some sprinkler heads and making some adjustments. Allen came out and moved the heads as well as put some pvc conduits under where the path was going to go so I could run electric etc if I needed to in the future. He also helped me identify where my cable/att/electric cables were so the paver guys didn't cut em. He offered to do all that last bit of work for free which took him probably two hours of hard work. He begrudgingly accepted payment. I called him a few weeks later with a request for more water coverage for one of the islands in my yard. Promptly came out, made the adjustments but again wouldn't let me pay him. He got his way this time. Great guy, easy to talk to and very professional. He was a bevy of good advice relating to several issues I was dealing with regarding the home I had just moved into.

He showed up within a couple hours even though it was New Years Eve and repaired it, and charged me a great price. He was calm, courteous, and considerate. He even shared some good ideas he got from pinterest!

Very well, delighted with the service. Called often to schedule and confirm appt. Came within 1 week of deal purchase. Very knowledgeable and professional. Fixed a bunch of heads, swapped out and entire popup unit at no additional cost. Great advice and partnership approach. Based on delivery have contracted to have all current heads replaced with more efficient versions and some moved to ensure 100% yard coverage.

The owner, "AL" Patten Jr., showed up early and we discussed coverage problems on my side and back yard. He repaired my pop-up sprinkler and replaced one for free. The new low volume rotors he installed will save me money and give me better coverage in my backyard!

Great job adjusting sprinklers, no-nonsense attitude got it done quickly, and advised me how to best work my system to improve my lawn. Did not try to lead me into purchasing something I may not need. Sometimes the low price is offer is trying to get more money from other issues. Allen did not. I purchased a special deal on Angie's List to have my sprinkler system evaluated. He came out on time and found several problems with my system. He gave me a detailed estimate, which I found to be a fair price for the work. We made a follow up appointment, and he came over and did the work quickly and efficiently. Checked, adjusted, and replaced as necessary all sprinkler heads in a six zone system. Also installed and set up a wireless rain sensor.

He also replaced a rain sensory that was placed under a large tree and moved it to an unobstructed part of the home's roof so now the system no longer turns on when it rains. He also adjusted all sprinklers that were not damaged or worn. Great job overall! I would recommend him to anyone.

Sprinkler tune up and repair some sprinkler heads and added 2 new heads for better watering coverage

Allen arrived on time with everything he needed to replace the timer and to add a new zone. Although my system is a 30 + year old system and Allen ran into a few problems, he handled everything in stride and made all necessary repairs and updates. All the zones was checked and the sprinkler heads was adjusted as needed. One leaking pipe was fixed. One sprinkler head was put on a riser. Allen called and arrived earlier than scheduled and the work was done in a professional and efficient manner. I will definitely recommend to my friends and neighbors.
