Allen and Leah are absolutely amazing! Great customer service and good, honest people. I spoke with Leah on the phone multiple times and she made sure to give me the best/lowest quote she could for what I needed. The day of our appointment, Allen arrived on time, was very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Additionally, he’s just a kind human being overall. His goal is not to nickel and dime you, but instead to help you the best he can without making a killing off of you. He is the kind of person who would rather help educate you so you can help yourself in the future rather than just quote you a ridiculously high number for something you could easily do yourself. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Will use over and over again.

Work was completed immediately after initial inspection. Did a great job. I even received a refund on my JEA water/sewer bill.

Aside from A and L Irrigation have a long wait time to schedule the job (they are booked up!) the work done was fantastic. The technician that serviced our property worked very hard and was very thorough with his diagnosis and treatment of the damaged irrigation system. Overall they did a great job as they have in the past and we will certainly hire them again! I hope they grow the business so that scheduling time can improve.

Movement of sprinkler heads went well. The drip irrigation leaked at one connection point and a couple of broken heads were not replaced on the first visit. These problems were corrected to my satisfaction on the return visit.

Did not give estimate by inspecting what would be needed for my small yard. Said not necessary to come see job. Sent estimate by email. I sent an email mentioning I had a coupon from Angie's List and asked a few questions. Never received a response. Hired a Company willing to come in person to discuss job and give a realistic estimate

All work quoted was done as spelled out. All the pop-ups and rotors are working as I wanted them to. Everything on the quote was explained to me prior to the work being done. There was no pressure to hire them but I am so glad I did. Will recommend them to anyone needing irrigation work!

On time, replaced valves and provided estimates for other repairs needed.

He arrived and showed him the area for new zone. He turned on the zones to run tests and gave quote. He was on property for 15 minutes to test 6 zones. Asked him about coverage and he said good. So asked about dead area in our grass and we turned on zone and no water came out. He said oh I thought that was intentional so I thought it was ok. Since when is no water coming out ok. The test sheet said how many zones came on and the word good next to it. Wow, I could have done that. The quote to run a new zone plus parts was $1000. No comparison but seems high.

I think the guy did good. I thought the price was a little high but I couldn't argue because I needed that sprinkler system to come on. He came right out. They are a little expensive but they do a good job. He was great, he was professional.

It went well. He is a great guy. He use to work for another company we use to use. He is very prompt and was meticulous to make sure everything worked the way it was supposed to.

Bryce did an excellent job fixing my system. He moved my rain sensor to a better place, on my eaves, so that it won't be disturbed by the lawn guys. He explained how to use my irrigation system and set it up so that it turns on at 2am on the correct watering days. I will be hiring them again to do a system check because I trust their service. They exceeded my expectations!

The work was done in one day. Employees arrived on time. Very professional. Cleaned up work areas. Reviewed system with me before leaving.

He gave me estimates for three different scenarios so I could think about how much I wanted to do/spend at that time. I ended up waiting a couple of months before making a decision and he honored the quote even though it was past the 30 day guarantee. I was very pleased with the work and have recommended him to others.

Very professional and knowledgeable about irrigation systems. Came and installed the system and cleaned up afterwards. I love not having to worry about watering my grass.

I have used other irrigation companies in the past, A&L Will be my company in the future. If you are not using A&L you are probably paying too much they exceeded my expectations.

This is a follow up to the review from last week when I came home and the sprinkler head wouldn't turn off. It happened again during the night and Allen came out the day we called. He fixed the valves on the zones that would not turn off (and checked all the other ones). Then he showed us where the turn off was for just the sprinkler system (previously we didn't know where it was and had to turn off the water to the whole house) - it was in the ground out near the side walk where the main water turn off was (we never would have found it the other night with a flashlight!). Then he took a copy of the survey we had and marked every single zone's valve placement and put the exact measurements from the house so that we would never have to pay to have them located in the future. He was very professional. We will call them again in the spring to check all the heads and see about a low flow system.

When I came home tonight one of the sprinkler zones was running and had been running for about 3 hours even though the system was turned off. Even though it was after hours, I left a message for Alan (stating we had an emergency) and he called back within 5 minutes. He helped us trouble shoot by first searching for the irrigation system valve (which we couldn't locate in the dark) and then by telling us to shut off the water to the house and waiting about 30 minutes to see if something that might have been stuck in the valve came loose. We did turn off the water to the house and when we turned it back on about 45 minutes later, the sprinkler stayed off. He was very professional and said he didn't want us to incur a service call if that was all it was. I would definitely use his company in the future.
