They came out fast, they knew what they were doing. Made some recommendations for a low flow system. No Pressure. Really nice guy.

Very pleased with the repairs and professional service provided by A & L Irrigation. Mr. Patten was excellent in explaining the repair needed and answering my questions regarding the repairs and our system in general. He was punctual and outstanding about phoning ahead of his arrival. I will gladly call them again for repairs and/or service.

Business owner came out and adjusted all sprinkler heads, replaced nozzles as necessary and was able to make suggestions to help with water efficiency. Very professional and flexible given how busy they were at the time.

Previously Allen and I had talked about changing out all my heads in one zone for better coverage. Allen suggested changing the spray nozzles to the low volume nozzles to see if that would change the pressure. Once he changed that, it did increase the pressure. Then he suggested just changing out 1 of the rotor heads with the low pressure head. After that was done the coverage was just where I needed it and more. Allen is so professional and concerned with customer needs more than his profit. Thank you Allen.

I decided to have him install the low volume sprinker system. He did so and showed us how each zone worked and explained the benefits of the low volume system. I could not have been more pleased with the service and the new low volume system.

I found the company on Angie's list and sent them a message late afternoon. I noticed their name on the list of companies from the county. I called them the next morning and spoke to Leah. She was extremely helpful and stated I would get a return call from Allen within 30 minutes. Allen called soon after and we discussed the issues, mainly my system ran continuously. He stated he could come by in about an hour and half. He was very prompt. Allen identified a possible fix to the issue with the valve within minutes. After he opened the county water valve on the system, I turned my system on. It failed to come on and he identified a stuck rain sensor which he corrected. He did not charge me for the visit. I will be using A and L Irrigation for all future needs. The whole experience was professional and it was outstanding service. I can not state enough or more loudly what a outstanding service this company provided.

I am extremely pleased with this company. This is the second time I have used them, and each time they did more than I expected. The owner of the company is the one who came out to do the work, and you can tell that he takes pride in his work and in his company's reputation. He offered me a creative (and cheaper) solution for my downspout, and not only did he do the work exactly as requested, he also cleaned up everything above and beyond what I expected, even fixing my hose caddy for me (which I had been unable to figure out how to put together!). I will definitely use this company again, and I highly recommend them.

I originally called out this service provider to replace a zone control valve that I thought was bad. He replaced the valve to find out that the valve was not bad but rather the connection was not working. he tested all connection wires in the system and found that 80% of the wires had been fried by a lightening strike. By process of elimination he was able to utilize 2 of 3 remaining wires that were still good, saving me the cost of having to replace all wires, and got the valve functioning again. He did a super detailed evaluation of my system and adjusted and positioned (including digging up several heads and re-burying them) the sprinkler heads to provide the most efficient coverage. the owner/technician that worked on my system did a fantastic job, kept me informed along the service process, asked me several times if I wanted him to continue the work and if I wanted him to address additional repairs he identified. I am a do-it-yourself kind of guy and was not excited about having someone come out to work on my sprinkler system but this was totally worth the cost and effort. I would call this company again anytime I have trouble with my irrigation system. Not to mention, this is not some big corporate owned plumbing company, you can tell this is a self owned business and the owner/primary technician truly cares about the level of service he is providing and wants to make sure his customers are truly satisfied with his work.

Very good communicating, called before due to arrive and asked if it was ok to arrive early which I agreed to, knew what he was doing, I was very impressed, will have him back to do some pump work.

It was good and they gave us some other recommendations. The deal was a good value and they did a good job. They got the job done in about one hour. The scheduling was good.

Alan had to come back because one of the old heads wasn't working properly and to show me how the new heads worked. He replaced the old Nelson head, gave me a quick tutorial and a sprinkler tool to help with the use of the new heads. During Alan's initial visit it was pouring rain so it was it wasn't practical to show me the new heads or to how they worked. He came back at NO CHARGE and through in another sprinkler head. Very pleased.

I purchased this service as one of Angie's 'Deals'. What a great deal it was! Allen was great! He showed up on time and before I knew it...he was done. He covered all the areas as stated on the deal and even threw in a couple of sprinkler heads. He explained the ins and outs of my sprinkler controller so I could finally understand and actually work it when he was no longer around. Allen adjusted all the sprinkler heads to make sure the yard was adequately covered. My sprinklers are now watering my yard, and not the street, my driveway, or my car. All of my questions we answered, and I feel my lawn will be watered correctly for the first time since the system was initially set up. I will definately use A & L Irrigation in the future. I most certainly got more than my moneys worth with this deal. Thanks, Allen.

Listened to my wants and needs and fixed those areas that previous companies didn't take care of.

Allen arrived on time and spent about an hour going through all six zones of our sprinkler system. He cleaned and aligned each head including clearing them of any overgrowth from our yard. He made sure that everything was working correctly and that the sprinklers were working together to provide full coverage on our lawn. He then went over the settings on the sprinkler controller and made suggestions for timing updates to cover some drier areas of the yard. Allen was very personable and made sure to take the appropriate amount of time to answer all of my questions. At no time did I feel like he was rushing through the job to get on to the next one. He explained that his company was currently a one man operation. Even with that in mind, he was on time and very thorough, not cutting any corners with this inexpensive, basic service. I will definitely be using Allen and A&L Irrigation for all my future needs and can heartily recommend them!

He did the work as promised and on time. Also, this is important to me -- he cleaned up everything before he left. He explained everything he would do -- no surprises.

Sent me an estimated of extensive changes he thought I needed but the cost was very high, like $900.00. There were a few fixes I would have liked to have done but he didn't give me any break down . His recommended changes were so costly I didn't bother asking for cost to fix a leak and change a couple of heads. My system has Worked effectively for 4 years although it may not be the best design

I was very pleased with the service. The technician was knowledgeable and provided me with a list of thing that needed repair. He explained the issues and provided an itemized list of repair costs. We have set a date for him to make the repairs.

Installation of new system went great. Came out and made adjustments to get it just right. Very pleased.
