The crew showed up exactly when they were scheduled and immediately went to work and didn't stop until they were finished. Our yard is almost 1-1/2 acres. They did an excellent job and we are very satisfied.

I had issues with the quality of the job performed by the initial person that did the job and left a negative review on Angies List. As soon as the owners learned that I was dissatisfied, they contacted men and made an appointment for the next day. Alan came to my house and not only reviewed the work that had been done but he did a complete assessment of my system and made lots of adjustments and changes that were beyond the scope of the original job. He was very pleasant and patient and answered all of my questions. I am now completely satisfied the work that was done on my system.

Did not use them, they wanted to charge more. Totally useless service. I give them a D and will not use them in the future.

He was professional, and acted in our best interest. He did not recommend any expensive procedures, and was most helpful in pointing out the trouble areas for our lawn irrigation system, He used the time to go over all of the system with us and helped us understand what needed to be fixed and why. Very thorough and competitive. I would definitely use the company again.

Got a phone call the morning of our appointment asking if it would be alright if they were a little early, since their previous appointment ended sooner than expected. They were done with the work in just over an hour. Completed everything for less than half of what Bug Out quoted us. Customer service was also excellent when calling to schedule things. The only downfall was having to wait a couple of weeks for them to have an opening, but that was the average everywhere we called. A&L was definitely worth the wait & we will use them again!

I would recommend this company to anyone thinking about repairing an existing pump or sprinkler system as well as installing a new one. Allen is a great guy who is interested in making sure the job is done correctly and that the customer is completely satisfied. He uses quality materials and stresses quality workmanship. I am 100% satisfied.

It went EXTREMELY well. Allen was on time for both appointments. During the first appt he gave me advice on a different type of drip irrigation than I had been using that would be easier to operate and a LOT less work to install. After asking him to come back to do the work he said that I didn't have to pay him for the estimate - because I was having the work done. The cost of the estimate at $35 was very fair if I had not chosen him to do the work. On the day he came out to install the system he let me help to reduce the labor (time he spent here) and worked very hard every minute he was here. He didn't waste any time so I felt that his hourly rate was well earned. Sometimes when you pay someone b work by the hour versus for the job the folks take their own sweet time to get the work done. Allen was busy every minute and was able to complete the work within the 2 hour estimate. He had also advised me on what materials to have on hand so I would not have to pay for him to buy things I could easily pick up at Home Depot. This again saved me money. He and his wife are very professional and respect their customer's time. I really appreciated how prompt he was for both appointments. He also was very helpful in returning my phone calls when I had questions.

Can not even begin to express how happy I was with the service. Worked with water company to get system up to code. Coordinated water company inspection along with work so it was all done at the same time. Was out at house for almost two hours and only charged me for one. Did a full overhaul on all broken items (3 busted water lines, 9 sprinkler heads, broken risers just to name a few. Its a small company but because of that they treat you like you are the most important customer they have that day. After all the work was done waited for Water Company to come out and re-inspect system to assure it was up to code. Only charged me $125 dollars when I felt he should have charged at least $200 for the time and service provided. Use this company you will not be disappointed!!!!!

I was very impressed with the professionalism and willingness to make sure I was completely satisfied with their work. I would definitely recommend this company and will use them again in the future for all my sprinkler and irrigation related needs.

They were good. I like the fact that they were prompt and the guy seemed to know what he was doing. The work they did turned out fine. My interaction with them was very good. I spent more than the $39 Big Deal because it was in need of quite a few repairs and they made some adjustments that made sense. They came out in a timely manner, within a week when he gave me the estimate.

The service went very well. He arrived on time, worked efficiently and the charge was appropriate to the work.

As I recall they sent one technician and he was very pleasant. He put the sprinkler on a pole, because where it was wasn't reaching the lawn. They were very helpful.

Repair went very well, sprinkler heads were repaired and control unit replaced. Costs were stated up front and no surprises. Thank you.

Alan did a great job. This was the second house I used A&L on and have always been extremely happy with the results. He goes the extra mile for his customers and makes sure you are totally satisfied. He moved lines, heads and installed the rain sensor, all in optimal places and took his time to ensure that I was watering grass not concrete or road. If I ever need irrigation work I will call A&L and I recommend him to everyone.

Everything seemed to work the first day. The first day I ran the sprinklers the new line had a split in the pvc pipe and created a fountain. I called and they came out and solved the problem no charge. They were professional and fixed the pipe raked out the soil nicely. They rechecked the sprinklers on the zone while they were there. I would use them again.
