Description of Work: Came out, tested sprinklers, charged $154 to cover parts and labor. Next day a head broke and they charged me $75 service charge and $23 for a new head. Not a very good examination of the system the first day.

Description of Work: Allen came out and got right down to business checking my sprinklers, adjusting their spray patterns, identifying broken ones and discovering a bad leak in the system. He was efficient, very professional and had a great attitude about everything. He gave me an estimate as to how much it would cost to replace several sprinkler heads and to fix the leak. It was very reasonable so I agreed to have him make the repairs then and there, which he did. I was very pleased with his service and will use him in the future for sure.

Description of Work: In April of 2014, we purchased a $44 Big Deal for a Comprehensive Sprinkler Tune-Up. They reset my timer and the sprinkler heads were all realigned and reset up. It was a great experience! We would use them again and as a matter of fact – I need to use them again!!

Description of Work: Al had some great ideas for decreasing water loss by using low flow heads and by combining zones. This enables me to add a zone and water an area previously unwatered. He also eliminated wasted water falling on my driveway and will change the location of heads that are irrigating my neighbor's yard more than mine. I have agreed to a contract to overhaul my irrigation system, and he will be my go-to guy for irrigation needs. |
