RUN! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! BIDET NIGHTMARE: I called them to have a faucet and bidet installed, as per Angie List. They responded right away. The bidet water valve was broken during installation. Three to four inches of water floaded the bathroom up to living room because the main water line to the condo had NOT been turned off before installation. They charged $40 a piece for two new water valves ($8.41 on Home Depo) plus labor for an additional $222.41 on top of the $500. According to the valve specifications PDF, the valves used were only for copper pipes and not recommended for PVC pipes like mine. FAUCET NIGHTMARE: After using an electric saw to remove the old faucet: a) the hot and cold water faucet knob turned inward in the incorrect direction; b) the stopper was disconnected c) they had no water line connectors of any kind, so they used the old one and d) the water valves at sink leaked all night! The next day, another contractor had to be contacted right away to correct these errors. From Diana A on Yelp: BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY-DO NOT USE!! I called them to install a new water heater. They returned call quickly but charged double what others wanted. I called another contractor who couldn't come today but said job was half of what they quoted. So I asked if they could do the job, since they were onsite for half the price and they agreed. That should have been my first red flag. They were thieves from the start. They offered a 90 warranty on their work. Next morning my garage flooded due to poor installation. I called them and they wanted to charge me the "other half" to fix. Samuel said that's what his boss said... when I asked to speak to the Boss and for their license numbers.... They jumped in the truck and sped off. The boss is supposedly Yomel Reyes who never called back! Jose and Samuel remove the toilet, use equipment to unclog and put it back neatly. We didn't see anything while they were working. The problem was resolved with almost no disruption to our work day. They took care of everything for us.

They where just supposed to give me an estimate for a leaking pipe in my kitchen. Next thing I know, he was cutting out the pipe that was leaking without even telling me, which I never wanted them to do. They told me it’s $750, to which I told them they did unauthorized work. Now they want to charge me a ridiculous amount for a thin, single 1 inch copper pipe and a giant whole in my ceiling. They never even turned my main water line back on after I gave them $600 under duress.

They guys did an excellent job. Very professional and friendly. Didn’t leave a mess. Left everything perfect. If needed I would hire them again.

I had a broken sink pipe that was causing a sewer smell in my apartments. They were fast they did repairs. They were wonderful.

No. The father and son came to my apartment on Sunday evening to fix a problem with a leaking shower faucet. He restructured plumbing work performed by Peter's Plumbing on an emergency call 2 days later. During his repair, he tried to open our water shut-off valve that resulted in a leak which he told my wife to place a cup under the leaking valve to catch the water. He could not repair the shutoff because he did not come equipped with any shutoff valves. He triggered the leak from the shower faucet to full blown hot water running all night until he arrived the next morning. At the end of the day, he told me his services cost $500 cash which he needed to be paid before he left. The next day he arrived and began to work on the shower faucet. I had gone downstairs to shutoff the building water supply when I receive a panic call from my wife informing me that there was a fire in our house. The father had set our bathroom curtains over the bathtub on fire set off by sparks from his power saw. Our apartment was filled with smoke and soot. He went on to install the faucet. He used drywall to replace the sheetrock he cut in the shower. He gouged my travertine floor tiles. He did not replace the water tube that is connected to the shower and angled it in a crooked manner where when I turn the shower, the water is aimed toward the bat window. He damaged our bathtub with his tools and his torch. He left a huge mess in our bathroom. No apology for his damage. He told me his cost for his services was $700 in cash. I called him the next morning and told them not to come as I had found another company to finish the job. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking plumbing work!!! Nice man and son but horrible plumber. I had to hire another plumber who fixed the leaky water supply valve and installed my kitchen faucet for $375. Unlike Vleyz, he gave me a written estimate of $702 for the water supply valve replacement and installing my new kitchen faucet prior to the repair. By the way, the leaky shutoff valve was caused by the Vleyz plumber trying to shut off the water with pliers. He had loosened the nut on the valve that triggered the leak. I have pictures to show the shoddy work.

They caused very expensive new problems. Problems that did not exist before, costing me thousands of dollars more. After week of dealing with them, my situation is still not back to normal. I have to look for another plumbing company to finish the work they started. Also, they are extremely messy. They soiled my front porch, with welding droppings and they refuse to pressure clean it up. And they beg for food and water even if they have money.

Yomel and Samuel were very professional and knowledgeable and even though I do not speak Spanish we were able to communicate. Yomel did a very good job clearing the drain and was able to tell me what I need to do in the future. Love working with these guys. Highly recommend and will use again.

Javier and Samuel came out and gave me an estimate on my outside broken PVC main water pipe. They were very professional and answered all my questions. So far everything is A-okay
