We dealt with Ray. We had a great experience from estimate to completion. The kitchen and both bathrooms have been upgraded with the refacing that was done by Visions. It is a rental property and we were able to get qualified tenants quickly who love the upgrades and paid full price for the unit.

The overall process went smoothly from a reasonable price quote , selection of materials to installatin.

I dealt with a person named Ray and I really enjoyed my experience. The quality of work and professionalism were excellent. They are very neat as well and were on time too.

I talked to the guy and he got my phone number. He came to give the estimate but he never gave me the estimate. He did show and we went over everything. I had to call him to see what my estimate was and he said that he needed a few more days and I never heard from him.

The lower cabinets in my kitchen and the vanity in a second bathroom were demolished in the process of removing and remediating a serious mold problem. Ray LaFauci the owner of Visions Furniture was recommended to me by the contractor who replaced the demolished sheet rock in both rooms. Ray always arrived when he said he would. The workmanship on the cabinetry was excellent. Ray made me solid maple doors which look terrific. He lengthened the kitchen drawers and added two drawers to the bathroom vanity where none had previously been Ray knew that I couldn't connect my sink and dishwasher following the demolition until the lower kitchen cabinet boxes were installed and so he put those units in before the doors were even ready so that we could reconnect to the water source. I highly recommend Visions Furniture and will use them again when and if the need arises.

I am so pleased with my custom furniture. Ray took my designs and enhanced them, and worked with me to make sure that it would be exactly what I needed. He thought about things I didn't even consider. The cabinets are beautiful and exactly what I wanted. He finished the project on time and his installers were very pleasant, and cleaned up after the installation. I will use him for all custom built furniture in the future.
