Visions Cabinets did the refacing of our kitchen cabinets. We were impressed by the service. On time, within the time frame agreed upon and with a high quality of work. We found the company on the web and relied on the comments to select them. We have no regret and recommend them to you.

They were great, and very punctual!

Cabinets are good. But work is not complete. no response for 9 month! at the end, this is the worst ever experience to get a job done. We started in August 2018, signed contract in October 2018. last time seen him March 2018. Today is January 2020. He never follows a time frame, irresponsive, and never completed the job! He is not replying to calls or messages. It was my fault, I gave him the last installment before everything was full and complete. There was only few things to do for few hours jobs and I thought he would come. he promised to come in two days and finish - waiting for 9 month, now. To be fair, his cabinets are good quality, BUT be careful and be aware of his irresponsiveness, delays and risks

Stunning! Better than new. Ray and Tim were awesome. Helped with design ideas, beautiful construction, custom fit and installation with fantastic attention to detail.

He redesigned the new vanity with more drawers in the center which gives us more room for storage in a bathroom with no other storage. . They returned to install the finished vanity in less than three weeks, as promised , and the installation was seamless....these are professionals who know their craft. Beyond their fine workmanship they were careful to lay down cloths to protect our bathroom tile and the carpeting in the adjoining bedroom they had to go through to get to the bathroom.They also cleaned up everything so I didn't even have to sweep up the floor. I highly recommend Ray and his staff to anyone who wants a family owned, reliable and professional company to build new cabinets. They were a pleasure to work with.

i can't believe how smoothly everything went. I put off remodeling my kitchen for years because I didn't want to live in a construction zone. Ray came and thoroughly explained the process. He said he could remove my old cabinets in one day and have the new kitchen installed within a week. I was doubtful, especially when he promised it would be done by Christmas and he didn't start until the week before. But, by December 23rd, my beautiful, new kitchen was installed. Ray came twice to measure then I went to his factory to pick out the cabinets and design. Once Ray and his partner Tim started installation, things went very smoothly. They always showed up when promised and left my home perfectly clean when they left. Ray even recommended a granite company who he was able to coordinate installation with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ray and Tim from Visions. It was great that they do everything themselves so you know who you're dealing with and they were there to answer any questions or concerns. Great company!

It was not a big job but it had its share of challenges. We went back and forth for a while. My wife even made a trip to a few distributors to find the right color and material for the job. That aside, Ray is very thorough. He takes his time and makes sure that things get right. He built us a large corner cabinet under our existing countertop and another on top of the counter. Both look great. He delivered a quality product on time. If we have any cabinet work in the future, we'd certainly give Ray a call and so should you!

We visited Ray's office many times, and he came to our home on three occasions as we worked together to plan our new kitchen. He offered expert suggestions to guide us through the process of choosing the cabinets and layout we felt would best fit our home, and he was quite patient as we asked him more than once to make changes to our developing plan. When the actual demolition and construction work began, all went smoothly and quickly. In one week the old cabinets and counters were removed, extensive electrical and plumbing work was performed, and the new cabinets were installed. We highly recommend Visions to anyone who is looking for new cabinetry. The quality of Ray's work and his attention to detail cannot be surpassed. We have already talked to Ray about doing additional work in our home.

We contacted Visions and spoke to Ray; agreed to visit their shop. We did and were very impressed with the clean operation. Ray came to our home, took measurements, gave us an estimate and we agreed on the time to start and complete the job. Everything was done according to schedule and then some! We were very pleased with the work done by Ray and his partner. They are very honest, amicable and mostly professional people. We were very satisfied and are planning on working with them in other projects around the house.

After seeking several estimates from various contractors, my husband and I decided to hire Ray based on his years of experience and level of expertise. Ray was very thorough in his verbal and written explanations of the scope of work to be performed. He also drew detailed sketches/drawings of what the end product would look like based on our specifications. Ray didn't overlook or undermine the importance of any aspect of the job. He was very meticulous in making and installing the cabinetry and my husband and I are very pleased with the end result. The cabinetry looks great! Ray did not disappoint. Highly recommend hiring him.

Ray (the owner) was very honest and did a really good job in our kitchen. We met at his factory and chose the cabinets and pulls. He custom designed them for us and installed them. We are very happy with the final product. We will definitely use his company in the future and highly recommend him to anyone.

Ray Lafauci the owner came out to our home and gave us some ideas and got back to us with an estimate within a few days. Ray has done hundreds of kitchen remolding so he is very experienced and was very helpful helping us select the material, colors and hardware. Ray and his assistant did the installation. They gave us an appointment date ( about 30 days out) and they were their on time to start the installation. Installation took about 4 days. The work was perfect, They matched the color of the cabinets to the pantry doors very close . From our firsts meetings, (picking out colors etc.) to the completion of work Ray, displayed professionalism, and a very pleasant demeanor. He answered all our questions and concerns with very knowledgeable answers. We would recommend Ray if you want a job done very well and timely. ,

There are no words to adequately describe Rah LaFauci, President of Visions. He not only reaches for perfection, he achieves it. I have never worked with anyone who triied so hard to do the best job ever, and who goes beyond the requirements. He was hired to reface our cabinets, but when he saw that my soap dispenser on the sink was not operating properly he put in a new one. We had a television cable, set by Comcast, which projected out of the center of a cabinet wall. It really was an eyesore. Ray personally called the people who had put in our granite countertops to see if he could drill through it and moved the cable so that it was unobtrusive. All with no extra charge. He just wanted us to be happy with the kitchen Ray always came when he said he would, and cleaned up carefully when his work was done. It is so refreshing to find someone who really cares about his work and his customer. I would like to shout it from the rooftops. Ray LaFauci is a rarity, a perfectionist, a find!

Visions (Ray and Tim) did a fantastic job. They were always very professional, courteous, arrived on time, and cleaned and pick up before leaving every day. The work was done on a timely and quality matter, and included the refacing of my kitchen cabinets, replacing a couple of them, and installing a new Formica counter top. I am very happy with the ending result, and will highly recommend them.

Ray and his team was fantastic. Ray showed up every day on time, was very courteous and professional. For him, our kitchen was not just a job, but a passion. He went the extra mile, provided excellent materials and services, and the results are amazing. We couldn't be happier with our new kitchen.

Kitchen is 100% custom fit. Fabulous work. Ray also comes back go the little stuff like a matching wood kick plate below dishwasher after installation. New bathroom cabinets made to slide in under existing marble counters was genius. Marble top was 20 feet wide and few would dare take the risk. Cabinets had to be perfect in width and height. Ray and Tim are quite a pair.

I received quotes from 3 different providers. I chose Ray because of the time he spent with me really listening to what I wanted, taking detailed and thorough measurements, making suggestions, offering alternatives and answering every question I had. He kept in touch with me through out the ordering process with time frames and status. He was always available for any questions and always returned my phone calls the same day. He and his partner Tim worked quickly yet thoroughly. The quality of their work was absolutely exceptional! Ray went way beyond every expectation I had. There were several extras and little touches, that I had not anticipated. He coordinated with the other providers to make sure that the process went smoothly. Ray and Tim even helped the other providers in doing their work! The overall experience was amazingly easy and smooth because of him. I am a customer for life and would highly recommend him.

Visions did a fantastic job, exceeded all expectations, and did it on time and at a fair price. We could not be happier with the work they did! Our old cabinets were a mess - and Visions completely refreshed them while preserving the frames to keep costs down. The company's owner, Ray, is committed to only using first class materials and he really cares about doing things right - and putting out the best possible product. He and his assistant, Tim, both offered terrific design suggestions and really sweated the details. Once the job started they kept at it without interruption until it was completed. When we made some changes in the middle of the work Ray executed them at a fair price - something we really appreciated. Ray and Tim completely carpeted their work areas in protective cardboard before starting. They took the time to clean up each day before leaving and treated our home and us with respect. The stain in my kitchen cabinets was wearing off. We did not want to get rid of my granite counter top and go through the hazard of redoing the whole thing. We contacted Ray he came home , took measurements then we went to his shop and chose color and door type. It did not take long , between three and four weeks he was ready for installation. It is a team of two they came ready to work punctual, organized, efficient and extremely professional. In two days I have a brand new beautiful kitchen ! I would recommend them with my eyes closed! We ended up with more than we expected it has been a refreshing experience . Both of them deserve to be called Masters in their trade.

Two days later, Ray called and said he would like to come by our house. He did. I wanted to keep our existing sink, so the new vanity had to accommodate it. I am very glad I gave him and quot;creative licenseand quot; to remake the vanity in a way he felt would be best. My husband and I picked up the new vanity on Friday 8/15/14 as promised. It's absolutely beautiful. . My husband installed it so that we could save money. Everything fit perfectly. Ray and his assistant, Tim, were so nice and helpful. Showing my husband how to put the new drawers in and install the cabinet door, which has a hidden bracket. I bought new knobs, which they installed when we went to pick up the finished vanity. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing custom cabinetry etc.

Dealing with Visions was a great experience. From the very first time Ray came over to give me an estimate, I could tell he was a perfectionist that was extremely passionate about his work. His price was not the cheapest, but I got a good feeling about Ray and decided to go for it. He did not disappoint. Visions is a small business. Ray (the owner) and his partner Tim actually do all the work. As a result, you may have to wait a few weeks, before they can start your job, because they are pretty busy (Ray is pretty upfront about that). I had to wait about 7 weeks. However, once they got stared, they moved very quickly and remained focused on my job until it was absolutely perfect. It was really refreshing to deal with such honest, hard-working, resourceful guys. My wife absolutely loves the kitchen. Happy wife, Happy Life! I highly recommend Ray and Tim. Great craftsmen and great guys.

Between the 2nd and 6th of December I called Visions three times and left messages each time. In the afternoon of the 6th I received a call back from Ray, who said he would call me Monday (9th) and let me know which day he would be coming out to give me an estimate but it would be between Mon-Wed (9th -11th). I agreed. As of Friday (13th), I still had not heard from him, so I called and left another message. He called me back the same day and told me he would come out on Saturday the 14th @ 4pm to do the estimate. I stayed home the entire afternoon in anticipation of his arrival. Around 4:30 I began to wonder where he was so I checked my phone and saw that I had a missed call from him. I immediately returned his call but he didnt answer and I left yet another message and I waited at my home for him for several more hours until I finally had to leave. I called him several more times that evening, again on Sunday, Monday and even on Tuesday, which is when I finally gave up. To this date, I have never heard back from him. I dont think its too much to ask someone to return a phone call, I always do, no matter how busy I am. I dont know how such a business could operate successfully. Its a shame because it looks like he does good work. I should not have taken the chance and wasted my valuable time after reading some of the other negative and similar feedbacks on Visions.

We needed to travel from Delray Beach to Miami at least 6-8 times as Ray Lafauci was unable to provide us with samples, etc. He promised to visit multiple times and didn't bother to call or reschedule - we had to call him. He also told us that he built the cabinets personally - we later found out that he orders his cabinets online. We ordered WHITE cabinets and we were given brown cabinets. We have called and texted Ray multiple times - he'd promised to repaint the cabinets but no longer returns our calls or texts. Very poor company to do business with.

I arranged to stay in on a Saturday to have Ray give me a quote on refacing the cabinets in my kitchen. On the Saturday morning he called and told me he could not come and then rescheduled to come in the following Wednseday. I again had to arrange to stay that Wednesday. He never showed up nor called.
