A couple of days later I received a call from Joel. I spoke to him the following Monday and the call was not pleasant. I had given his rep who came out to my house a copy of my survey, a copy of an Architecht plans and an overview document including sample ideas. Guess what? They lost it !!! Then Joel says to me , " I think you and Jose (the gentlemen) whom supposedly came to my house need to work this out since you and he disagree. ???? Disagree on what? And I have to work it out. You have to be kidding me!!!!! Omg. Does anyone in Miami want to do some work and get paid for it professionally!!! Stay away. Horrible experience and it never even started. Now I am out my time, and several docs.

Very satisfied with their work. They go beyond, fees are reasonable, work is excellent, and attitude is of a very helpful company.

The pergola came out BEAUTIFUL!! I am beyond satisfied with the job Unique Construction did. We had been contemplating back and forth for quite some time about building a pergola for the backyard. I am so glad we went ahead and got this done. It has brought such a ?unique? character to my yard (pun intended LOL). The yard feels so warm and homy now. I had no doubt that Unique was able to bring this idea to life. I can?t picture my backyard without it now. I am very happy with the job that Unique Construction has done for my kitchen, bathroom and pergola. They are always welcome in this house and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs construction work done. You won?t regret it!

It came out great! I could not be happier with how the bathroom came out. It looks so new! It is exactly how I pictured it would be. We REALLY needed a new bathroom because it was a very outdated bathroom. We had to get EVERYTHING new. The toilet was worn out and old. The tub was stained and was WAY out of style. I had slight water spots on the ceiling that were beginning to show and it was driving me insane! My wall tiles in the shower area were beginning to chip and damage. That bathroom was just a complete mess and was throwing my entire house out of sync. It was the guest bathroom of the house. Everyone that came into my home saw this bathroom and it was quite embarrassing. I came across Unique Construction through a friend of mine about a year ago that had used their services for a kitchen remodel and they were raving up and down about the job they did. I was in need of remodeling my kitchen at the time so I decided to use them and my kitchen came out FANTASTIC! Now that I had to remodel my bathroom, I knew I would definitely return to Unique Construction to get an estimate. I received a few estimates from other companies for the bathroom so that I can compare the prices but I was not satisfied with the price nor the professionalism of the other companies I had met with. I went with Unique Construction and they did an amazing job once again!! They walked us through the whole bathroom remodeling process every step of the way. I was a bit nervous going into it because the bathroom was in such bad shape and I had never gone through a bathroom remodel before, but the project manger that came out to give me the estimate displayed excellent professionalism and expertise and it calmed me down. He helped us pick out the tiles and recommended us to a few suppliers that had tiles at great prices. He gave us his color pallet to keep overnight so that we could come to a decision on which color to pick for the bathroom. He went above and beyond what was asked of him to make us feel at ease with the project and their abilities to complete the bathroom. He is the only contractor I have ever met that actually tried to save me money! We were able to get all the details squared away very quick and they started working on the bathroom exactly one week after we had met with them. They arrived at my house on Monday morning at eight and they were able to finish by late afternoon Friday. I was absolutely shocked with how fast and efficient they were with this bathroom transformation. I have had some interesting experiences with handymen, to say the least. It was a very pleasant surprise to have this bathroom done in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Unique Construction to anyone looking to have work done in their house and I will most definitely continue to use their services in the future.

The house looks wonderfully fresh. They did such a nice, clean job with painting my house. They provided a color pallet for me to sort through for the exact colors I wanted for the house. The work was extremely detailed and carefully done. I really appreciate the attention to detail that was considered while painting my house. They also were very professional and friendly. I can?t think of any complaints. They were an absolute delight from beginning to end. From the Project managers to the workers. I will definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

It was an excellent experience. It was a very simplified process as they included all of the materials for the project in the invoice (minus the vanity). I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to complete the work within one week. They were very professional from start to finish. I will definitely use their services again for when I have another project.

I am completely satisfied with the job they did. They did a fantastic job completely remodeling my kitchen. The staff and the supervisors were very professional. Every day they left the job site completely clean and in living conditions. I would definitely recommend them for my future projects and any of my friends future projects.
