Remodeled 3 rooms, added a bathroom, and a small kitchen. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. They listened to what I wanted and delivered. Yes, I would recommend. They did things that I didn't know I needed or wanted like they made sure to clean up and leave everything orderly for the next day. Removed piles of trash in a timely manner. It's the little things that go a long way like closing the gate behind them whenever they entered and left. Responded to my every call and explained in detail whenever I had a question. Very professional at all times. Made me feel like I can trust them. I'm highly satisfied with the work completed and I am looking forward to my next project.

I hired Unique Construction to remodel my backyard porch area, Joel Ramos was my main point of contact. He was very helpful in all areas of the project, constant communication and patient when we changed some aspects of the job. I would definitely use Unique Construction again. Due to water damage I had to redo the walls of my den. I decided to do tongue and groove on the walls. They really exceeded my expectations in terms of attention to detail and workmanship. They understood my vision and executed beyond my expectation. Their team was professional and aimed to please. I wasn’t sure what to expect but they really made the project stress free.

Terrible after a month to give me an estimate they backed out of doing the job because it was problem to request license and a signed contract to start the job. Spoke to the owner and apparently they are couple of pirates working under someones license. What complete wast of my time. Beware do not do business with these idiots!!!

I changed all windows and doors in the home to be impact doors. The process was extremely stress-free and came out exactly as I envisioned. The contractors explained every detail of the process and handled everything timely and efficiently. I love the outcome! Would absolutely hire them again. They have also done work in my bathroom and throughout the house which was flawless.

I've lived in Miami for years and have renovated multiple houses and used dozens of contractors. The trauma of working with Miami contractors of all stripes is real. Even high-priced contractors you're bound to get either a) robbed/overcharged/mischarged or b) terrorized with overages (time and $$) or c) **** workmanship/quality of finished product. Which is what makes working with Joel and Jose Ramos of Unique Construction all the more exceptional. Project was done earlier than timeline, of better quality than even my highest hopes, and has proven to hold up over time. Impeccable responsiveness and professionalism from both Joel and Jose. Things were constantly and clearly communicated from proposal to completion. Their crews show up every day at beginning of day, leave at end of day, and don't leave **** around. Most importantly, they do things the right way. No shortcuts, no cheap/half *** fixes. All basic things you'd say but things that are virtually impossible to find in Miami. Will absolutely use again for kitchen, bathroom, and home addition projects.

The remodel went well. I didn't know quite what to expect as this was the first time I've ever remodeled a house, and I've heard horror stories about MDC being notorious with bad contractors. Unique Construction gave me confidence that there are good contractors out there. Joel was very professional, the work was great, and if there was any doubt about the placement of something our the patterns, I was always asked instead of assuming it should be done a certain way. The time frame I was quoted for completion and the actual completion date was longer than expected, which I expected with a construction job and with a few different changes that I did mid-job. My only real constructive feedback was their communication with me as the homeowner could have been better. I felt there were times when I asked questions or needed a callback, and nothing was done for a few days. Other than that, would definitely recommend.

Jose and his team were exceptional throughout the entire process. From the initial phone calls to finishing the job EARLIER than anticipated, they were thorough, detail oriented and incredibly professionally. Looking forward to my next renovation so I can work with them again.

After looking for what felt like several long months, I came across Unique Construction and I couldn’t be happier that I did. I had never done a big project like replacing the floor in my house, as well as painting the whole house, and didn’t know what to expect. They did an awesome job and finished well on time. Going to use them for all future projects.
