Juan is a professional finishing carpenter and has good skill. He provide good customer service. He worked carefully around my brand new house and clean up nicely each time he finished the work. I will continuely hire him for my other project.

Juan was prompt and did the job but I believe we overpaid. I think a minimum service charge of $175 plus parts and service iis quite expensive but we needed to fix our windows quickly.

I had a broken Lazy Susan which was easy to fix. It was a small job that a few other companies would not even get back to me on. Juan showed up the next business day and fixed it within 15 minutes. Even though I'm sure he was busy, we chatted for about 15 minutes after the job was done. I'd recommend Ultech and Juan to anybody in South Florida with a kitchen issue.
