I found the workmanship to be excellent. I felt the cost was high, but did not have comparison bids. It was detailed work, and did require drying times between coats.

Get a written estimate before the project begins. I was quoted one price to fix a closet door. I thought any and all work to be done on the door would be included in the price. He proceeded to do the work and it seems like every little thing he did to the door was like a license to paid the bill. He gave me a hand written invoice after the fact, without letting me know that any "extras" would be added to the bill.

I ended up fixing the hole in drywall myself, but was very impressed with the communication and offer to come out and fix the same day. He followed up and was very prompt, which is saying a lot for Miami Beach.
