Tropical Oasis Pool

My pool was losing about a foot of water per day. I got an estimate from Tropical Oasis Pool but went with a different company. Once he found out that I went with a different company, he called the city to tell them that I was doing the work without a permit even though I had already received certification that since it was deemed an emergency repair, no permit was needed.

It went well . The provider told me he did not repair above ground hot tubs and explained rhat I could get a refund from Angie's list.

Told the owner I was going to do a review on him after the service. It took several MSM to get to do the job next day of service call. The invoice sent for payment was $46.00 dollars more. After I stated the price was different according to the quote we had agreed, owner said he was going to give me a "discount". Price came back to $650.00. Took me a while to get the correct invoice.

Wilson, the owner, came out to give me an estimate. He was honest and very fair in price. Other companies told me my pool needed a lot of work, and all the work had to be done at once. Wilson was honest and said no,we can fix the pool in stages and it only needs diamond brite, new coping and maybe waterline pool tile. He was so honest he told me if we could find the waterline pool tile we could replace them, and the diamond brite can wait a year. The day he gave me the estimate I picked out the coping tile. Wilson came back to my house with a sample of tile's he thought I would like, and he was on point. He brought me glass tile that I would definitely without a doubt have chosen myself. He pay's so much attention to his customer and there budget and needs. He is Honest, He is Fair in price, He is Punctual, He is easy to talk to and He returns your calls immediately!!!!!! What more can i say. Overall, I can not say enough good things about Wilson and his company. They did a gorgeous job to perfection and the job was done on time!!!! I never give reviews, but, this company deserves to be recognized as an A+++ company

Wilson was very professional and he was willing to meet me early in the day to accommodate my schedule. His crew was polite, on time, did a beautiful job with the tiles, and cleaned up at the end.

Wilson was really great to work with and very knowledgable. He was always very punctual to all the appointments and explained everything in detail. The crew was great as well. Great communication via text and phone. I would definitely refer him and use him in the future.

The owner Wilson arrived on time for the initial appointment and subsequently provided a detailed estimate, which we found to be very reasonable. Work commenced a coupled of days late, due to the weather, otherwise the work was accomplished as scheduled. Wilson was always available on the phone and in person to address any question or concerns we had during and after completion of the work. Overall the experience with Tropical oasis pool and with Wilson was a good experience. We have delt with many contractors and workers in the past and I wish they would all perform as well as Tropical Oasis pool. We are not easy to please, and If they can pleas us , they can please almost anyone

They were very punctual and reasonable. He came out a few times to fix our leak and the surfacing looks great!

Wilson, the owner of the company, came out to provide an estimate and present detailed information on what he recommended for the pool resurfacing and why. He went through color options and permit requirements. Within two weeks, work started; the entire job, including sand blasting, pool prep, and installation of Diamond Brite took 3 days. Tropical Oasis also managed pool start-up. It is clear that the family-owned company takes great pride in their work; every employee I dealt with in the company was professional and courteous. When I expressed concern about possible lighting/electrical issues with the pool, Wilson sent his electrician to verify that everything was appropriately grounded. I have and will continue to recommend the company to others.

We contacted Wilson after a neighborhood friend recommended his company to install our pool (they had used his company for their pool a year earlier). After following up with his company, Tropical Oasis Pools, on Angie's List we felt comfortable requesting a quote from the company. We were a little skeptical at first as it is a Father/Son operation, but they had already received great ratings on Angie's List. Wilson came out on time, and very well prepared. After gathering a few more quotes we decided to go with Tropical Oasis Pools, and we are very happy we did. We had heard numerous horror stories of pool installations in the past, and were a little nervous starting the project. Wilson delivered on everything he said he would do, on the time line laid out in the beginning (a few minor delays occurred due to weather, but Wilson had warned us of delays especially building in the South Florida summer). His prices are very fair, and I feel that you truly get what you pay for, especially with construction. I highly recommend Tropical Oasis Pools for and pool project.

I haven't done the project yet but I would consider hiring them. They're professional, responded within a reasonable amount of time and followed up with the estimate. We're trying to get ideas of the cost before going forward.

Excellent service: professional people, on time, on budget, they come when they say they come, very punctual. I just moved in a new house and the pool was not looking good so after reviewing Tropical Oasis Pool on Angies List, I decided to give them a try. I am very happy I met them. First visit to identify the need for a leak detection and have a visual inspection of the pool equipement, 2 days later, they came to detect a leak in the Skimmer. Then, they came to fix the check valves and change a tube and changed the skimmer. They are very clean and the exectution of the repairs was super professional. I will definitely call them again for future repairs and enhancements.

Everything was fine. They are doing a weekly maint. Mark was very helpful and does a good job.

They are fine. I don't have much contact with them but I send them a check. They come to the house. The pool is good and I don't have any problems with them.

They said and did exactly what they told me they would do. I have no complaints!

This company was very good. Upon my initial contact, I left a message. I was called back within 30 minutes. Each time the contactor said he would call me, or be over to see the pool. he did exactly as he said he would. For example: I gave them the "go ahead", I was told they would put me on the list and contact me "next week" to "set the schedule".. He called about 3-4 days later, and said they were ready to start the next day. They showed up exactly when they said they would @ 7am and finished within 3 days, exactly as he said they would.

The job went as planned. Of special note was the punctuality, professionalism, and accessibility demonstrated by Wilson, the company owner. Although the job was done while we were out of the country, Wilson continuously stayed in touch with me and was attentive to my concerns. Additionally, once the pool was finished, the company kept atop the pool, making certain the proper chemicals and care were given to the new surface. This was done at an additional cost, and I had the option of going with someone else at that point, but decided to stick with Wilson and his company.

They responded real quick and came the next day. Tropical Oasis Pool were punctual at the time they told me they were coming, they went under the water to fix the leak, and I never had a problem with the pool after the repair. They told me the pool was made of an older material so it may not come out as clean as expected but it did come out clean and they didn't charge me extra to repair the leak.

Contractor performed according to the Agreement and arrived on the job ready and prepared to work efficiently.

The owner's son arrived promptly for the estimate. He gave me clear written instructions on work to be done. On the first day, the pool was emptied. The second day, a worker prepared the pool with the owner double checking the work. On the third day, a crew of several workers plus the owner applied the coating. Fourth day, they finished the work and the owner came to check again and personally applied final touches. The owner's son came later with clear instructions concerning the maintenance of the pool. They cleaned up with no trace of any garbage left behind. I found it was an excellent job done.

Very punctual and professional. Did their job cleanly and on-time. Their prices are very competitive and their workmanship is high quality.

This is a great company. Family business. There were excellent and extremely responsive. From the first day I called to the final inspection they were extremely professional. Keep the schedule as promised. I did not have to follow up with them, they kept calling me to keep me informed of everything throughout the process. The pool looks GREAT. I wish I would have found them years ago!

Tropical Oasis did a beautiful job and were professional throughout full engagement. Plenty of "uh ohs" moments came up where a lesser integrity provider would have found opportunity to raise price - they dealt with bumps in road and delivered a great end result. Our pool is irregular and large lagoon style that has never looked better after their hard work.
