Description of Work: They replaster my pool, my concern was about the quality of the finish, in the night when the light of the pool, I can see a lot of irregularities even the marks of the trowel in one of the side.

I appreciate the buisness and we're disapointed that you can see some trowel marks on The bottom of the pool when the light is turned on, normally the light is on the deep end and not on shallow end. All pools get plastered by hand and the light at night bring out the shadows and show some marks. That's due to the light being on shallow end and show the shadows. There's nothing that can be done about that. It's impossible for a pool finish that is done by hand not to show any irregularities when a light is shinning on it from an angle. It's normal and any pool with the light so close to the floor on shallow end to show shadows. Unfortunately this is too to be expected and we explained why. This is not a defect in material or workmanship. You have full warranty from our company and poil looks great. Thank you for your business

They did a great job. They were very good. They came on time and cleaned up everything when they were done. There was really no sign that they had been there except for the fact that the pool looked better. We actually had a problem afterwards which turned out to be the pools problem and not their work. They came in when we called them. We called them on a Monday evening; they were there first thing on Tuesday morning and fixed all the issues by Wednesday. They were very fast.
