Through all the excessive permitting and inspections Ben never stopped his match to completing the project. This projects launched just before Covid and all the shutdowns but Ben and team made sure the project never halted and handed us a finished product we are very happy with.

The plans were approved in the first presentation. No rework was required by Miami Dade County Building Department. The company had the plans on time without delay. The calculations were compliant with the local codes. I appreciate that Beh was always available to make any correction. The affordable rate was the best of all for my small project. Easy to work with, very simple steps, we talked by phone first about the job, he gave me his rate which was affordable so I accepted, and he was here next day taking measures. They were easy to work with. Ben came to the house to meet with me and discuss the scope of the project. When my drawings were complete he, himself, brought them back and offered to trouble shoot if the Coral Gables permitting dept needed anything else. Behdad Teimouri aka Ben was excellent. I needed a structural engineer in order to have a permit pulled. I located Timuti thru Home advisor. Ben reached out to me the next day and made an appointment to see me at 5:30 that same day. He arrived on time. I explained what I needed. He took the pictures and measurements then said he would provide me with a reasonable quote the next day. He did and I excepted. He said to allow 2 weeks. The plans were completed before the 2 week mark. Now on the way to pull the permit. Job well done. Thanks for being professional. I really appreciate it.

Dont think twice about timuti. He is very responsive, showed up on a Saturday and in the course of the day we had a game plan to resolve a major structural issue i was having. By the time behdad was already getting structural engineers involved, others were just returning my request.
