We hired Ben to take a look at a building / home we are considering buying during the inspection period. We wanted to get the expert opinion on whether we can build an additional bedroom above the loft structure of the current build by extending the floors of the loft, how this would be possible, and what a project like that would entail. He walked the whole property, and walked us through the process of what could be done. He was very thoughtful and communicative. We had a great experience and will be hiring his company once we are ready to move forward.

Behdad is an AMAZING - one of a kind GC. We couldnâ t have gotten luckier to find him for a two story add on to our house. We did a first floor kitchen and second floor master bath add on to our existing house and Behdad went above and beyond to ensure from start to finish we were happy. We canâ t thank Behdad and his guys enough for our dream home. This company is very reasonable and their attention to detail is spot on. Behdad can do everything. Very impressed. All of his guys are very talented carpenters as well. We canâ t thank you enough Behdad. Final project turned out great and will be using this company from here on out!

Not only was the quoted price within my budget the completion of the job was outstanding they reported to the city in a timely manner and got the job done , no hidden fees what you were quoted thatâ s what you paid . Written report was not sent promptly as promised, it was finalized a couple days later. But overall a good experience.

I worked with Behdad on a Deck code violation and he did the drawings fast and everything was approved and at a reasonable price. Others were $4,000 more for what I needed. I would recommend this company for any plans needed

Behr was very professional from our first meeting. He understood the vision I had right away for our home renovation/addition. The work was executed as promised. The subcontractors he hires are very professional and know their trade. I am a very satisfied customer. A word of advice to potential customers: You have to be patient. Sometimes dates given turn out to not be that date. Be prepared for extra expenses. Timuti Construction will start and finish your project, they will not run away with your money, and anything you are not satisfied with will be fixed to your liking. I Highly recommend them for your small or large project.

Great service! Ben was very patient throughout the process helping me get my permitting done with the city. Once permitting was done the work was pretty much completed within a week. Removed a structural wall from my home and the open space looks magnificent. The ceiling of the kitchen area was initially uneven and he was able to provide a fantastic solution for it. Amazing work will be using him in the future and recommending to others. Extremely satisfied customer!

Ben and his crew are excellent. Ben is very professional and together we designed a plan for renovation. Communication with Ben was never a problem. He always made us feel we are his priority. Although there was some unavoidable delays Ben kept us informed and on course. The work done was impeccable with attention to detail. His crew is professional, clean and respectful. We hired Timuti in January. of 2020 before the pandemic, it is January of 2022 and TImuti abandoned the project after taking 85% of the payment without completion. All of the walls were uneven and out of spec ( not plumb)- the tile. work in the bathroom had to be completely removed and all of the walls had to be removed back down to the 2 x 4 and completely. redone by another contractor, not paid for by Timuti in order to get the walls and floor tiling even and not buckling - the shower walls had not been treated with waterproofing ,after the contractor stated it had been treated- it was never treated. Drywall looked like a 5 year old did it . Timuti kept saying it was. the house- this was a new addition done by him. from the ground up. The roof looks like the cheapest unlicensed company you. could find did it - day labors- never saw the roof guarantee that was promised. Paid an additional $15,000 out of pocket for a brand new structure to be rebuilt and put back together to fix the bathroom wall issue. The owner said he would seal the original structure that is connected to the new addition of the house, when he opened it to connect the addition, he never sealed it. We had extensive mold damage through out the. house- I wish I could post pictures- it has been a nightmare- Paid over $100,000 for a master bedroom and master bath addition and Timuti abandoned the job and the permits are now expired. He has no direct employees- they are all subcontractors and they go to whatever job is paying- they move electrical and plumbing contractors licenses around to cover non licensed workers to do licensed work. Be very careful- DO NOT PAY HIM EARLY ON ANY OF THE WORK- Nightmare experience.

Good experience

The engineer Ben spent a proper amount of time examining the issues I have with my condo. I was able to communicate with him when another trouble spot came up. There was a slight issue when he didn't send me the report I paid for on the date he said that he would. I had to remind him a couple of times to get it to me.

Here are the pros and cons of going with Timuti: -Engineering aspect with needing plans and having your home evaluated. Great no problem at all. -Using the construction aspect of Timati. I would NOT recommend it. My home was trashed (which I still have damage from), the works show up at 5 pm and leave near 10 pm sometimes, the work is lopsided so I had to pay someone $700 just to fix some of the cosmetic ugliness in my home from the work, the workers will come for one day then vanish for several days. So the work is NOT consistent. Two of my home walls (inside and out) had to be entirely rebuilt because of prior water damage. And what should have taken around 1 week of work took several weeks because of the lack of consistency. It was honestly NOT a pleasant experience at all, and I just wanted the workers gone from my home. Nothing was entirely completed either. Again, to use Behdad as an engineer for plans and home evaluation, he is great. but beware of the construction nightmare associated with it. My baseboards are still ruined, my patio tile still has cement plastered all over it, windows from inside were not framed with drywall so the whole windows from inside the home looked lopsided, and my brand new window latch was busted during the install and that was never fixed by Behdad properly either. Because now the window will not even open. Totally displeased with the project.
