Within a week my part arrived and once again Sergio arrived on time and fixed my broken window mechanism. Sergio lubricated all my windows so they would open easier! The whole experience from start to finish was excellent:) Follow up was wonderful and I highly recommend this company to everyone:))))

It went very well, the owner is responsive and conscientious as were his workers. Pricing: it seems the prices are generally high for these products especially if you want certain manufacturers; we did get a small Angie's List discount which was appreciated. They were all concerned with us being satisfied as customers and put in that extra effort that is often missing from other companies. Besides this they were all very pleasant and hard-working. We would definitely hire them again as these qualities are absent from many businesses in Miami making them a stand-out here.

Fantastic service...which is sometimes hard to come by in Miami-Dade County!!! I will recommend this company to everyone for sure. They were professional all the way. A service tech came out for the estimate and was very thorough and straightforward on explaining to me and showing me exactly what was needed to be done. Absolutely no attempt to try to sell unneeded work like some shady companies try to do. What was really helpful was the same service tech that did the estimate was also the one who performs the service...that is great since it avoids confusion. The service tech arrived on time (a few minutes early actually...punctuality in Miami-Dade County is a rarity so this was a surprise LOL) for both the estimate and the work. Also, once the service tech replaced the rollers on one door he noticed that a track cap wasn't needed as the small dip in the track didn't affect the door opening once the new rollers were in place - my estimate had included a new track cap so the service tech's honesty saved me $65 in the end. Talk about great service! I had read some reviews that the price might be a bit high. My opinion is that the price is fair and reasonable for what you get. The fact that the service tech is so good at what he does that he can get the work done professionally within a short period of time doesn't mean the prices are high since others who are less skilled may take hours and hours. My sliding doors now work great and all work was done in one service visit. The service tech went above and beyond! I am a very happy customer!

My call was taken by a very efficient young woman who told me that someone would be by to give me an estimate the following day at 1 p.m. He arrived very promptly and I was satisfied with the estimate and felt confident that they would complete the job as stated. I called later that day to engage them for the job and was given a start date within just a few days. They arrived promptly on that day and almost finished that day. They returned to finish up the screening, then another person came to work on the doors. I was extremely pleased and impressed with their professionalism, from their office staff to the men who did the work, and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done.

My experience with this company was outstanding! When I called to make the appointment, I was told the technician would call me before arriving, even if he was running on time, which he did. My appointment was for 2 pm on a Saturday, but the phone call before allowed me to run errands and gauge when the technician would come over. It was extremely helpful. I have a total of 3 sliding glass doors. Two are two panel doors and one is a three panel door. Unlike most standard sliding glass doors, all my panels move. I had received previous quotes to fix the doors for well over one thousand dollars. Sunshine was the only company who examined the doors closely and performed a thorough inspection rather than just taking my word for what was wrong with my doors. In the three pane door, Freddy, the excellent technician who came to my house, changed 6 rollers and adjusted all the doors so that they fit properly. The doors now slide easily in every direction! In the two pane doors, he noticed that one of them was not moving properly because it was crooked on the track. He adjusted the door by moving it on the track and adding some silicone spray. This door was the hardest to move of all of them, and I had basically stopped using it. Who would have thought the fix was so easy! It also shows the expertise of the technician, and his honesty. He could have easily charged me for a track replacement as this is what had been quoted to me previously. On the third door, he adjusted the fit and then noticed that he door wasn't closing properly because the locking mechanism was bent. He adjusted the locking mechanism (at no extra charge!) and cleaned out the track. This door also went from being difficult to move and sounding terrible (metal grinding on metal) to being a dream. My doors got a total makeover for a small price. I am completely satisfied and would absolutely use this company in the future.

Overall, the eperience went well. I don't know how the price compares to other companies, but the work that was requested was done, done quickly, and done well. I would use them again and recommend to others.

Great solution to my problem door, suggested by Sunshine.

This is a vacation home and i'm not always there to handle all the things that go wrong. The home has the old style florida louver windows that open with a crank. A couple of the windows were not working and we were missing 5 screens. I really like the look and style of these windows and wasn't looking forward to replacing the windows. It's not easy to find many people that work on these old windows. I called Carlos and he arranged to have someone go see the house, but they never showed up. When I called him back he apologized for the screw up and promised me he would have someone there for the next appointment, and they were. They were quick and professional and with a minor adjustment repaired 2 of the windows right there. The third window needed to have some parts ordered. He measured the screens($45 each), took a deposit and left. The same man came back in about a week with all our new screens and the new Crank assembly, and now all my windows are good as new. They made it look simple when everyone told me the windows were hopeless and needed to be replaced.

My awning window couldn't be shut because the crank handle mechanism was broken. Sunshine came out and removed the mechanism in order to order a new part but in the meantime they wired my window shut so that my A/C wasn't wasting energy. They came the following week to install the part. They came on time and did a good job. Even though it was a small job, I was happy to know a company that can repair the hardware on windows and doors as it saves the cost of buying new windows.

He had set a time that he would be here and came at that time.

They replaed the cap track and rollers as well as the lock on the door. The door you can now open with one finger. It is like a brand new door. When I moved in it wasn't even that smooth. I am very happy with the work done.

The workman who arrived deserves kudos, because he worked very hard. I was happy with their service, and I’d certainly hire them again.

They were excellent! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Carlos was very charming, and the work was done in no time. My doors are like brand new! Also, they were very careful to clean the entire work area thoroughly.

Arrived as planned. Professional and courteous. Fixed issue with sliding glass door in no more than 30 minutes. Charged more than $150 and though fixed door functionality [sliding], addition of screens and locks was yet more expensive. Quality of service is good, but it would be a much better value if this also included screens and locks. At this price point, I will check competitions' best prices going forward, definitely.

Fred was professional, prompt and extremely respectful of our home. In fact, he made every effort to clean up as he went along even after had had been working since early the same morning. Was completely pleased with the service, speed and absolute integrity of Fred and every individual I spoke to at the company. In this day and age of service quality (especially in Miami), I was amazed and would use this company again and again for any service they offer to meet our needs as homeowners.

I have two windows in the living room that did not have screens. I called them and they returned my call the same day. We scheduled an appointment, at my convenience, for the next day. They arrived slightly early and called to tell me they were there but not to rush, they just wanted to let me know they were there. They gave me the estimate after measuring the windows and two weeks later they came out again, arriving on time, and placed the screens on the windows. It was a real pleasure to work with this company. They are true professionals and I would definitely recommend them. I will undoubtedly use them again for any services they provide that I may need.

My mother-in-law was having trouble with her doors, and they were nice enough to go around the block to her house to take care of her problem as well. It was wonderful. They were excellent. The gentleman was very nice and professional. The quality of the work was great. The screens weren't like screens you would buy at a major hardware store. They were much sturdier and of much higher quality. Now, you can open my glass sliding doors with a fingernail. It's a big difference.
