Because I found this company in the Angie's List Magazine, I did not bother calling for other estimates since this company is rated as one of the best. They definitely strive to provide the best service possible and in my case, they succeeded my expectations. My patio doors are just like brand new and no more hassle with hard to open and close doors. Work was completed ahead of schedule and it was perfect! My experience with Sunshine Doors was outstanding from start to finish.

Could not have been better. We were prepared to pay for much more work, but his honesty saved us money and got the job done.

Went well - he came out within a day or so of our call, showed up on time & fixed the problem. The only issue I had is that it seemed a little pricy - $130 for about 15 min. of work. However, the door works great so I would call them again.

He was very nice and I think he did a good job. I appreciated his honesty in not charging me to repair the 2nd door that he felt was not needed.

I called this compay after seeing positive review on Angie's List. I was not disappointed. They were very professional when scheduling the appointment via phone aksing what works best with my schedule. They arrived on time to do an estimate and I decided to proceed with the work. My sliding glass doors open so smooth and easily no more jerking them open and fighting with them. Great quality of work. I gave them a B on price but since I didn;t get any other estimates, maybe their price is fair for the work performed. The quality of work is outstanding and I would use this company again if I need this type of work completed in the future.

I called the company and they returned my call very quickly. We agreed on a time to come over that same week. They could have been here earlier, but I had other commitments. The technician, Fred, arrived early, called me and waited for me to arrive home from work. He looked at the door, explained the situation (there might not be room to install the track) and explained that he could try to replace it, and if it didn't work, would remove it and there would be no cost to me. I agreed to that and to the cost of $200. He immediately went to work and everything worked to our advantage. He was able to use a smaller track cover (which cost less) and the job came in under his original estimation. He was polite, professional and friendly. It was wonderful to have a serviceperson who was actually bilingual in English and Spanish.

The repairman arrived on time to give me an estimate. He quickly gave me an estimate and told me he could repair the door at that time. He had everything he needed in his truck. The did a great job. He cleaned up the area where he had been working. He was efficient and pleasant. And, he told me he appreciated my business and the business he received from Angie's List. The company followed up with a thank you note sent in the mail. I was extremely pleased with his work and pleasant demeanor.

Update: In my report of 7/30/2010 I stated that I had used the services of this company for many years. In the past they have repaired and replaced screens and repaired sliding glass doors. The work is always of high quality, prices reasonable and workmen responsible and courteous.

It turned out fine. They told me they would get me a quote on a sliding glass door replacement. They took the measurements. I had to call them and when I did he told me the name of the company that would make the replacement, but it was very quick call. They never followed up on that.

They replaced the rollers on the bottom of the door. They had to take door apart to do it. I am very pleased. I could now push it with a finger and it would open.

It turned out very well. I was very pleased. They were on time. They showed up. They put covers over their shoes to walk in to my house. They accomplished the job. It has worked perfectly. They cleaned up very nice.

When I first called, I left a message and it was promptly returned. Scheduling was done all at my convenience, and the technician was always on time and would call thirty minutes before arrival so that I could meet him at my home. He took the screen door back to the shop and brought it back within 3 days including the new screens. He then repaired the older screens. He could have easily insisted that I needed all new materials and screen that would have doubled the price, but he managed to restore to like new condition, He was very polite, just a very nice man, and I appreciated his honesty. This is the kind of company you always wish for but hardly ever find

They did what they said they would do. The door now slides easily.

Two repairmen arrived right on time and checked our 13 sliding glass door panels. Five of the panels needed the rollers replaced. They replaced the rollers and cleaned up the work area. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They warranty their work for one year and instructed us on how to maintain our sliders. It was a pleasure doing business with them.

I called the company and spoke to Carlos the owner regarding a price needed for repair work on all the windows in the house. The following day, Fred came out and assessed the situation and gave me a price that I agreed to. Fred told me that it might be a week before all the items would be in. But, the following day, I received a call that everything was received and they could complete the job. Fred and his helper came over and installed and repaired everything that was on the work order. One of the window screens was a fraction of an inch off measure and Fred said he would come the following day with the correct measured screen and he did. Also, it was realized that the count for window balances was off by one window. Again, Fred ordered the part and returned in a timely manner to finish the job. I was very happy with their professionalism and punctuality and would definitely use the company again.
