+ 0 moreThis was a tougher job than it appeared. This condo was built in 1974 and replacing parts can be quite a task. That is why I chose to use Angie's List. So I can get quality service at a good price. It took several hours including a trip for parts to complete the job. The technician (Jared) was prompt and courteous and the overall experience was a lot better than anticipated. I would recommend them and in fact I will be calling them again to get an estimate on replacing the tub and wall tile.
Description of Work: Replaced the stems and housing on the bathtub faucet which was leaking pretty bad. Also replaced one heating element and the thermostat on the waterheater.

+ -1 moreThe plumber was prompt and courteous. He cleaned up after himself. I believe the price was reasonable. So far so good! Wish I would have fixed the pipe a long time ago.
Description of Work: The plumber came to replace a pipe that had caused leaking from my upstairs bathroom into my family room downstairs. He cut a hole in the drywall in the ceiling to get to the pipe and replace it (he did not replace the drywall).
