It went extremely well. I called them during the weekend and they asked if it was an emergency. It wasn't, so they called back on Monday morning as I had asked them to do. Felix was very professional in every way and I thought the price was quite reasonable.

He started the work in April and installed the drain right against the wall. South End's plumber was going to come Saturday to finish the work. He never show when he was said he would. He called later to say he was sick and he would come in Sunday. He came after I called his boss and he tracked him down. He did come that Saturday but that's when he put the faucet pipes in slightly off-center.

They saved me money because other plumbers told me that I would have to drill the floor and they didn't have to do that. I felt they were honest and courteous.

They were quick and responsive, reasonable. They were prompt and professional.

If they come out to change a toilet, they are all right. But they weren't able to find the source of a plumbing leak in my case, and I wasn't happy with all the holes they had to put in the walls. They weren't responsive to my suggestions as how to go about solving the problem with not finding the leak. I felt like they created more problems for me than I had when they came.

They did everything very, very well, very prompt and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Everything was done very nicely and exactly how I wanted.

Both jobs turned out more complicated than thought and needed parts. (A half hour start delay due to traffic at 8AM might have been anticipated, but I was satisfied by Tom's assistance.) Tom, the owner, brought over the parts and inspected the job done by his able assistant Carlos. No charge for Tom's time and effort. The labor was only half hour more than I thought even with all of the complications. Quality of work seems 100%. Efficient and trustworthy. I would use again for larger jobs.

I had a very good experience from the beginning. I called on a Thursday and the company sent a plumber as promised on Friday. The plumber was courteous and knowledgeable. He finished the job quickly and my water heater works again. I will definitely call them again.

Ramon, the first plumber from South End was a joy to work with. He was very knowledgeable and suggested a plan of action which involved as little damage to the house as possible. I needed a hot water heater hooked up and he did so for me. Ramon also suggested an outside leak detector service which I used which found the leak. The leak was in the bidet cold water pipe. The next day Tom the owner came and capped off the pipe and verified everything was fixed properly. It was reasonable and the response time was very good.

Well, work was done the same day. The water heater had a short circuit and needed replacement. They came to the house and informed me promptly of the problem and replace the heater. The gentleman who came to the house found help in order to remove the old heater from a very tight spot and proceeded to install the new one. So far so good.

Because this was an emergency, they came as soon as they could (two hours after our call). They were very neat and left the bathroom clean. We were very pleased with the company.

No work was done, they were nice on the phone, not really friendly either way. I explained the problem and he told me $80 hr. plus drive time. The price was high for me, more so when I asked could he tell me an idea of price. Since I know what was wrong with my toilet, (Toddler put golf ball in drain) and he told me it could take 2 hrs. to 5 hrs. unknown, depending.

The girl in the office explained how the appts. worked. She was very good. The man who came out, he was punctual and called ahead. He explained everything thoroughly, but there was a communication problem between him and me. I felt that he was a little bit rude, but the bottom line was he fixed it. I would use them again. I didn't know that it was extra to use their machine, the machine that sucks up the water and something that was used to unclogged the toilet. I used it, but he used it too. If he has to bring his own machine in to do something it is extra.

Company called my cell phone one hour before plumber would arrive as requested so I wouldn't have to take unnecessary time off from work. Plumber was on time, helpful and efficient.

Showed up two hours late. As a family of general contractors we were unimpressed by his knowledge. We told him the work needed to be ASAP. Left saying he would get back to us an estimate. Called two times, once spoke to him and he raised the per hour price on me, then never sent estimate called or showed up for work.

I called three plumbers found on Angie's List. All said the would call me back as soon as they had someone available. South End called back in approx 1 hour to say they had a man on the way. I cancelled the other two plumbers. Tom arrived, quoted the job, returned to his shop to get the parts and completed the job in less than 2 hours. He was pleasant and professional and cleaned up after himself. He even took away the old water tank for disposal. Overall, a pleasure to work with.

Ivan seemed knowledgeable, explained everything carefully and instilled confidence. He cleaned up well and was very personable. So far the toilet seems to be functioning well. The only negative was that the first appointment to install our new toilet was cancelled at the end of the day, after we had been waiting for him to come for hours. But I would definitely call and ask for Ivan if any more plumbing problems occur.

The two plumbers I dealt with on different occasions were very friendly and helpful (I believe they were Jared and David, but I can't be sure). The receptionist, too was very understanding about the difficulties of getting the condo association, my downstairs neighbor and the plumbing service to coordinate their actions. They kept in touch regularly, and called after the job was done to recommend who they said was an excellent tiller for when I need to replace the tub eventually.

Ivan the plumber was very polite and professional. He hustled the whole time he was at my house. He explained everything that needed to be done and went about his business. All repairs that were scheduled were done, although it took somewhat longer than he anticipated due to some drain blockage that was difficult to clear and his need to return to the shop to pick up a cartridge replacement. Despite these setbacks, he remained cheerful and enthusiastic. I would highly recommend this company.

A comedy of errors. Wrong color toilet delivered, then correct toilet delivered and installed in a timely manner. However, began leaking after a couple days, and took a week and several follow-up phone calls to get them to come back to fix it. Problems were eventually resolved.

When they say they'll be at your house, they are. They are professional and efficient. They fixed a big problem another plumber created for me. They were very nice.

Plumber came within 24 hrs of call and performed job effectively.

I chose this plumbing company from Angie's List, and I am glad I did. First, I spoke with a woman named Sandy at the office. She scheduled my appointment and even called me to advise me when he was on the way. She was extremely polite and cordial. Second, the plumber arrived on time as I was advised. His name is David, and he was very professional and friendly. He even put a large towel down on my floor to protect it. I have never seen any workman do that before. He was here on Mon. 7/31, but he had to return on Tues. 08/01 due to the lack of some parts. Again, he was on time and professional. I will definitely use this company again in the future and will highly recommend them to my friends and family.

The plumber arrived when scheduled, worked quickly and politely, and maintained a clean work environment.
