Serviceman arrived on time, examined toilets, and made adjustments. I thought I needed a new toilet but he explained the problem and it was a simple adjustment. He was very polite and helpful.

I will keep working with them.

After years of suffering with a water pump that broke down constantly and also couldn't seem to maintain decent water pressure, I found South End Plumbing, and within a day they were out there and fixed the problem. They also called the next day to find out how things were going, which was a huge plus in my book! They came back the following week, just for a checkup, found a small leak and fixed it free of charge. After twenty years of dealing with low pressure that I assumed was my well, in fact....it was my last plumber!!! Now I have water pressure, no leaks, and I will never call anyone else!

They came recommended. I would use them for any plumbing needs that I have in the future.

I have used them for many years. They are very good. They are capable of doing pretty much anything, large and small projects. They are prompt and professional. I would recommend them.

It was a Friday morning and my drains started backing up. I called South End Plumbing and they went out of their way to get a plumber out to the house right away. In 30 minutes David showed up at the house. He was extremely competent and very neat. He had to snake out the line from the house to the street to dislodge a blockage. The clean out vent was in the middle of my bushes and he did not damage any of them! He quickly found the problem (about 30 feet out) and cleared it. I even managed to get to work on time. This company is amazing, I will definitely use them again.

The price varies each time. It was $700 when they replaced the hot water heater. They are always responsive when I call. I can usually get somebody out here right away. The plumbers always do the job to my satisfaction. So, I would recommend them.

I've had them out to the house several times. Some of the guys are more professional than others. Overall they new what to do and did their jobs quickly.

When I called in to South End, they were very courteous and gave me a time when the plumber would show up. Felix came within 5 minutes of when they said he would. He worked very efficiently, even asked for a towel before he opened the water heater in case water came out. Would definitely use them again.

As all South End plumbers have been over the years we've used the company, Michael was polite, pleasant, and efficient. In fact, he completed the work in less than an hour and asked if there were anything else he might take care of in the balance of time we were going to pay for anyhow. I had been shopping for a new stopper for the master bath tub, and, sure enough, he installed one better than the original.

I’ve been using South End Plumbing for 15 years. My experiences with them have been positive. They’ve been very helpful to me. I live alone now and it is nice to have a plumber who will come out at the drop of a hat. They treat me like an intelligent woman.

He is very courteous, reasonable, on time and neat and clean.

We had two stopped up toilets. Felix unstopped them. His work lasted less than one week, and suddenly my toilets are stopped up again. I've called them only to be advised there is no guarantee on stoppages they clear (as it is stated on the invoice). I am, understandably, concerned about the work he did lasting less than one week. Nonetheless, I have called them back (for an additional charge) to unstop the toilets and try to figure out why this problem keeps reoccurring.

It was great. They were very pleasant on the phone. They arrived when they said they were going to and they called first to tell me when they'd be here. They were very professional.

It s been a couple of years since we used them, but I would definitely call them again. I have always been impressed with their customer service and quality of work.

Kitchen sink drain was completely clogged. Camilo cleared it. South End also looked long and hard for a part to a bath drain but, as quickly and courteously as possible, referred me to the manufacturer.

They were very prompt and the job was done in a timely manor. I also liked that they didn't charge me for an emergency call.

The blockage was only in the shower stall drain and nothing else was affected. It was clear that the only was to access the blockage was down the drain itself, which had a sharp bend in it that was very difficult to get past. Success only resulted from the extra efforts of the service man.

He replaced the water faucet to my washer that was leaking. I ordered the water filter and when it arrived, he came and replaced it. He did the job well, cleaned up afterwards, and used care and caution. I would recommend him to others.

I spoke with the personnel of a few plumbing companies and found that the South End employees were very courteous, personable and helpful. After describing the problem, I received a quote that the work and parts would cost approximately $125. The technician spent more time than anticipated in labor so the actual cost exceeded the quote. The work performed by Dante (the technician) was very neat and well done. Since fixing this was not urgent and the repair was on the exterior of the house, punctuality was not a concern. I am pleased with the quality of the work. The price was slightly disappointing given the initial quote.

The work that was done was very good and everyone that I dealt with was very nice. They did not take a lot of time to put in the toilet but the only thing that I was not completely happy with was the price. I thought it was just a little on the expensive side.

I thought his rates were good and they got the job done. I have used South End Electric before and I would recommend them. That's all I have to say.

I would hire him again depending on the price.

Their service is great and I will continue to call them when I have any other plumbing needs. They are always professional, respectful and easy to work with.

We were told that a plumber would be at our house in the afternoon. We had asked to have a plumber come out to see why our kitchen and bathroom sinks were draining so slowly. We assumed that they needed to be snaked, as had been done before. The plumber, Ivan, showed up at our house in the afternoon but didn't call first. He seemed impatient. My husband told him about the problem and Ivan went into to kitchen to check the sink. He said that it only needed to be plunged. He acted as if he didn't want to go up on the roof to snake it. He said that same thing about the bathroom sink. He got a plunger from his truck and proceeded to plunge both sinks. He was in the house approximately 30 minutes. My husband and I neither one liked his attitude and felt he was being lazy.
