The overall experience was excellent with Bob Pierce and his workers from RTI Services.

They were super reliable and they had the lowest bid. They completed the project on time. They cleaned up very well, which was really important for us because we live in a homeowner's association. We have a really high gabled roof. They were very professional.

They came right out and did the job. They came when they said they were going to come. They responded well. The first time when I called and asked them for an estimate, they came within a short period of time. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They gave me two different estimates. One was to just repair the leaks and one was to do the whole roof. So they weren’t trying to push the more expensive job on me. They were very professional. They kept asking me if everything was okay when they were working. I told them some of the debris was going on to the patio and they said they will get a pressure cleaner out the next day and clean it all up. They did a very good job. They sort of changed the type of material that I had on my roof. The new one is much better. It seems much more efficient. It actually cools the roof. We have a huge roof. They were outstanding. I had other estimates as well and I think their price was fair. I would absolutely use their services again in the future.

RTI started work and finished the roof when they said they would. The workers were courteous and when they left for the day they left the place spotless.

They were expensive, but worth it. They did an excellent job and even gave me a one-yr warranty on a flat roof, which is pretty much unheard of.

Great--I have used this company for home inspections prior to purchasing a home since 2000; and decided to use them for repairing my roof when I had numerous broken tiles. They are great--careful and prompt.

RTI put on a new roof for us two years earlier, and suggested these vents to allow heat to escape from the attic (heat was overworking our AC unit). RTI indicated that the vents were wind-tested for hurricanes. The workers arrived on time, did good work, but RTI tends to be rather expensive. Since installation, the gooseneck vents tend to leak during windy rainstorms, but the company told us that this is just what we will have to put up with, now that they are installed. We put large rubbermaid pans up in the attic under each vent and hope we don't get too much wind and rain. I have no idea how these will stand up to a hurricane.

They were prompt. The work was completed in a timely manner, at budget. The roof looks great. RTI went above and beyond what was required to make my roof look good.

They are very professional and very honest. I am very impressed with how quickly they came out here and how fast they have things prepared to start the job.

I am very pleased with the company. When I noticed the leak I called them out because they were the ones who worked on the patio roof before. They came out with no extra cost and fixed the leak. Now that it is raining I can see that they did indeed fix the problem. They took about a week to get out. It seemed like quick time. They were only here for about a half an hour. I would recommend them to friends and family. I would use them again in the future.

They were very sloppy around my yard, actually using it for a staging ground for the work they were doing on my home and a couple of my neighbors as well. This wouldn't have been a problem had they not destroyed a bunch of my landscaping, outdoor lighting and forgot to clean up the mess they made. I am very upset that they did not work to resolve this and it was left to me to have my yard fixed back to normal. This company ignored all of the problems, however their finished product was nice.

It actually took several months to have work done. They gave as reasons for delays recurring rainstorms which we accepted as there had been rain during this time. The work was eventually performed but owing to lack of communication from the firm there was one leak where it was not clear if repair was done. Contacted management about this and received testy response to check the roof for repair. There did appear to be some patch work done upon inspection. Eight months later the leak at that spot returned, only worse. Contacted the company twice to request new inspection, fully cognizant that warranty on repair had expired--in short, we opted to keep our business with them. Company stated personnel would visit residence within one or two days of each call I made. However, we have not received contact or quote from company and the leaks continue. In short, their responsiveness is poor, communication from company is weak, repair record is sub-par, and we feel abandoned.

Don came to give an estimate within 2 days of my calling. He even showed up early so that I would not be too late for work (very considerate!). Since it was early December, he thought that the repairs would take place after the holidays, or perhaps sometime in January. He promptly sent me an estimate, and I also quickly returned with the deposit. During the first week of January, I called to see when they would be able to do the repairs. I was told that they were behind, so that it probably would be in early February. Well, February came and went, with no word from them. I was about to call again, when in mid-March, I returned from a business trip to find the roofers at our house. They had shown up earlier in the day, just as my husband was leaving for work. He ended up missing a meeting, since he wanted to talk to them about the repairs. The roofers did a great job - no faults there. The front office, however, should have called us so that we would have been better prepared.

I had a gravel roof that was starting to leak. I referred to Angie's List and found several roofer contractors. RTI responded to my phone call and I had an estimate within a week. I gathered several other estimates and RTI was selected due in part to the contract offered. The estimate was competitive. The work was scheduled within three weeks and the work was completed when it was promised to be completed.

As with all roofing, it took a long time to get started. Once under way however, most of the work, which happened in stages, went surprisingly quickly. My roof looks great. The final result is so strong you could park a truck up there with no worries. There were extensive repairs involving rotten wood and termite damage on this old house. Everything got taken care of. Anyone in the market for a roofer can't do better than this outfit.

Nice people to deal with. Honest, showed up when they said they would. Did a good job. I would recommend them.

I felt as though the company and the inspector were very professional. The home inspection was thorough and all points of the home were covered. The price was reasonable, the inspector was on time (actually he was early), and quite knowledgeable. They have performed two inspections of different homes and I would definitely return to them for any future needs.

The contractor responded to the phone call immediately and came by the very next day to give a free estimation of the re-roofing. He is friendly and couteous and spent considerable time explaning the work involved. The work had begun within 4-6 weeks from the date of the contract as promised and barring permits the actual work was completed within 3-4 working days. The debris was picked up as soon as the work was finished. The original pricing was reasonable but additional charges were added to the bill for renailing and woodwork, though it was not discussed in person. Overall experience in dealing with the company was satisfactory

THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE, AND STAYED WITHIN THE RANGE. I HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEM. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED.

I THINK THAT THEY ARE A WONDERFUL COMPANY. THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY ARE VERY CLEAN. THEY CLEANED UP ALL OF THE TRASH AND HAULED IT AWAY. THEY DID THE ROOF FOR A VERY GOOD PRICE.
