They did a good job cleaning it, but there were days they didn't show up on time. There was one day they didn't show up at all and I had to call. The job went on much longer than it should have but mostly they didn't communicate with me what was going on. I wouldn't recommend them to others.

At first it was a bit difficult to get a start date, but they squeezed us in. Our repair wasn't a big job therefore we were able to get our roof repaired early. They are backed up all the way to February! So be patient. They did a fantastic job. We looked at other roofers, but my husband insisted on Rodman. He was impressed by the estimator's patience and professionalism. The gentlemen that came to do the job were good too. When they arrived, they meant business. They ripped off the old shingles, insulation, and rotted wood and placed the new beams in one day. We were not left with a hole in our roof. They came the next day and kept working. They were very efficient. My husband and I are very satisfied. We even had compliments from our neighbor who is a contractor. He was impressed with the job that was done. My old roof began leaking and I needed either a patch or a new roof. I got on Angie's List and came across Rodman Roofing and decided to give them a try. Now this is the kind of company that I like to do business with. When I called they were very professional and set up an appointment for someone to come out and take a look. The estimator arrived right on time, gave a thorough examination and let me know his opinion. Within a couple of days I received two estimates in my email - one for a patch and one for the new roof. The price for the new roof was a little steep and the patch price was quite reasonable so I opted for a patch. Incidentally, after seeing the quality of the work they did on the patch I wouldn't hesitate in paying a little more to have them do the entire roof when the time comes. When it came time for the work to being, the crew was punctual, communicated clearly and went above and beyond. They did all they promised in a timely fashion and for a great price. Before I knew it they were finished and left everything looking great. I examined some of the work and it was all top-notch. I would highly recommend Rodman Roofing and I will seek them out for future roof repair needs.

I was very satisfied with what they did. They had one person in charge, and when my brother was not happy with the way the wood was nailed to the joint, the fellow in charge got that done again. We had a cheaper estimate; however, Rodman had their standard crew, and they did not hire anybody from outside. Their price was high, but it was fair. The quality of work they did was good.

They have been very much on time and on schedule. They have been doing an excellent job thus far. They even clean up after themselves. They have not left anything lying around. A friend of mine had them put a roof on years ago and had a great experience also.

They are reliable and have been in business here a long time. They are confident and responsive. Their prices are comparable to everyone else.

Everything was excellent. She is on top of everything. She is diligent and really know what she is doing. The crew came to work, and they did a nice, clean job.

Very Honest. We called because our ceiling was leaking. After doing a very thorough inspection of the roof, they told us it was our air conditioner that was causing the problem. I appreciate their honesty and would definitely use this company again!

They were very reliable and I trusted them. I was pleased with my experience. They were really swamped with all of the calls from people that needed roof repair, and we still got great service. They came out recently after a very windy storm. I had them come out to check the roof. He said the roof was fine, but there was an issue with the vents. He put tar down to make sure that water wouldn't go into the vent, which had nothing to do with a roof repair. Another company might have made me call another company. He didn't even charge me for that repair! I have recommended them to others.

They were very professional and courteous. I thought the questions and inspection they performed was very thorough. Their price is also competitive. Its not cheap, but close to what we got from other companies. I would consider looking into this company in the future.

There were a couple of leaks which they have not fixed yet. It will be done after the pressure cleaning is done. They were very nice people. They were professional. They came out and explained the problem. I have just moved in so I am not sure where their quote is. The guy came last week so we are expecting something from them. I have not settled down yet with the unpacking and I have very young babies.

We still have the leak, so they didn't fix the problem. They came out a second time and it still isn't repaired. They have responded, but not in a timely manner or effectively. The prices were expensive. They were on time.

They put me off a couple times, but I think they will start on Friday. I had a terrible leak and they patched it up. I have not been terribly happy with the way they keep putting me off, but they said they can’t help it because of the rain and I can’t argue with that. They have been constantly in-touch with me, so I can say they are working with me. They gave me a construction company that came out and did some work on our house and we were satisfied with their work.

They have always been very responsive. We began using them after Hurricane Andrew. They always come out to inspect how their work is holding up.

Excellent process. The entire team was professional and sincere. They carefully showed me all rotted wood that they replaced and worked extrememly clean with no debris left behind. All communication was professional and timely. They passed all inspections on the first time.

I contacted 25 companies from Angies List by email using a single, well written form letter --which was sent by BCC for everyone's privacy. In my letter, I decribed my situation, the price of the materials for my job and what I would like to pay. The letter aslo stated if they did not like my proposal to please NOT respond.The subject title of the letter said, "I found you on Angies List' to let them know I was an Angies List member. Rodman Roofing replied to my email with a nasty response that included 'You will get what you pay for.' That's rude and unprofessional. A red flag that anyone considering using this Roofer should be made aware. Incidentally, I got a few professional responses to my letter -- and one company is taking my offer.

It went fantastic. They cleaned up each day. They were very courteous. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I think their prices are very competitive and reasonable.

It was a very good, and very positive experience. They were professional and punctual. They provided me with an estimate, which was nice and carefully done. They stuck to their estimate and I was satisfied with the quality of the work.

As I recall, our first Rodman roof replace mt cost about $6,000; but that was then and this is now, times 3. However, their bid was not out of line with others and I have to say that they, were fast (finished in less than a week) accurate, neat (excellent clean-up) and with abundant skilled labor (sometimes 6 to 8 men at once with strict supervision). Altogether a distinctly professional company run by the strong-willed daughter of the company's founder. Finally, their work sailed through the building inspector's scrutiny without comment. The roof looks great and I now have an 8 year transferable warranty and no more leaks.

Rodman's does very good work and they know a lot about the roofing business. They were extremely neat and clean and they were able to tell me what the problem was and where it was coming from. They also were very good about checking to see if everything was okay after the work was done.

You call and then they send someone out to do the estimate. Then they go back to the office and write an estimate, mail it to you with papers and then you sign them and mail them back. I think the process could be a little faster, but this is how they have it set up. They were very professional. The man actually finished it up when it was raining, which we appreciated. They were a little expensive, but overall, we were pleased with the job they did.

All dealings with Rodman Roofing have been pleasant and stress free from the estimate to completion. I cannot think of any other company about which I can say that. The work was done efficiently and seamlessly. They began work on Thursday, worked that Sunday and Monday (a holiday) and the roof was finished and all inspections done by Wednesday. One week, and they did a good job.

They were timely professional and clean. They were a pleasure to work with, and very reasonable.
