Description of Work: They determined the location of a roof leak, made the estimate, scheduled, repaired, cleaned the area. Work was by experienced roofers. No after repair problems.

Description of Work: Provider came in to take measurements and give an estimate but never submitted the proposal even after two requests.

Description of Work: Rodman Roofing replaced my roof. They were extremely professional, and even when there were delays (due to rain, other jobs, tile delivery), Karen Rodman kept me advised and informed. Excellent company. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: My husband and I are Seniors and we were concerned about getting a Roofing Company to repair our Roof. Rodman Roofing made us feel that we had nothing to worry about. They came out when they said they would and the workers were excellent. We highly recommend this Company.

Description of Work: I had roof leak during a time of heavy rain on a Friday I called several people including Rodman. Karen Rodman was very prompt in answering and gave me an appointment for Monday. Leak was in area of a previous patch in a difficult area and the previous roofer had retired closing his business. Also I was leaving town in few days. A neighbor knew a roofer that lived a few blocks away and could came the next day. He fixed the leak. He told me I needed a new roof, as had other people, but he said to wait until next year. I called Rodman. canceled the appointment she gave me, telling the leak was beening fixed. I told her what the roofer said about a new roof. she said that sounded correct and she gave me good info about getting a new roof also recommended a later date. I told her I would call Rodman and get an estimate when I needed a new roof. I have a difficult tile and she gave me good info on a different tile. So that was not service at my house, because I got someone to do it the next day and was a small job. Rodman was excellent in answering and consulting with me, also local and I will call them again, for whatever I need concerning my roof. I did not have any estimate ,the appointment to see what needed to be done was free. I did not need that appointment . That is why I did not enter price in the survey. I checked excellent quality because of the information Iwas given which matched what I consider would be consistent with quality materials. In the future I may find out if this is correct.
