Generally went well. However, had different cleaners and provided them with a detail list of what we wanted done. This was never completed accurately.

Excellent service. Scheduling was done extremely fast. They were very helpful and even provided me with the dimensions of my roof. The service was done on time and it came out great. I will definitely use them next time I need my roof cleaned again!

I posted this review with another vendor. I was very sorry about that. So Reef Tropical was not able to see the review before today. The driveway is just getting worse.

I don't think it was worth it at all. I wound up paying double the deal value. They at least did a good job.

I was not happy with the service provided by this company. 1. The price was too high for the work. I purchased a deal that basically only covered the front entrance of the house for about $160! Their ad was misleading. I could have paid my gardener this amount to do all the work I needed. 2. They did not use any cleanser only water so the end result was substandard. 3. The people were rude. I would not use again.

It was good. I got a special for $149 and added a more square feet to be cleaned. They did a fine job.

Professional - prompt and efficient.

The handyman was very thorough and detail oriented. Finished everything I needed on time.

I've used this company twice and I am reviewing them after the second use. The first time I used them, everything went perfectly, so much so, that I used them again. The second time around was still good but it could have been better. A different handyman was sent to my home this time around and he was not as "polished" as the first handyman and I think he lacked the same professionalism that I expected. But nevertheless, I was satisfied with their service and will use them again.

They came within a reasonable time. I don't recall having any issues over that. They cleaned it differently than people usually clean it. I think that is the reason it was a little cheaper. I was glad to have somebody who could come immediately and was not overly expensive. They did an okay job. The only problem was, I think they kind of rested their heavy buckets on my fence and my gate was kind of out of order. It's not completely back in order. But, it is closing now. I could not close it. I went through that gate when they left. I wanted to give them a tip and when I came back through that gate, I could not close the gate. That was the main problem I had. Luckily, my neighbor bent it more or less into shape. But, it took a while before I could close it. For me, that's important when you have a dog. There were no additional fees. Usually, people clean the roof with a very strong commercial Clorox chlorine solution and they did not do that. I think that probably accounted for a relative low cost that they had for me. I was desperate. They offered another cleaning solution to use first, but I was not familiar with that and I didn't want to start up with something I didn't know. So, I skipped that. I think they were probably refugees from South America, doing this work. I felt compassion for them because it was hard work. They were not very strong looking guys. They were young and they were trying to make a living. I don't know how much they get paid out of this. They did not speak any English, which made it a little difficult. I didn't have any other problems with them. They did not spend all day there. They were pretty fast, getting it done. That was good. If I cannot get anything better, I would use them. But, I would try to get somebody who uses chlorine on the roof and not whatever they used.

Make a list in put it in order of your priorities and be very specific Book early because it's tough to get a date.

This was our first experience with Reef Tropical and it very much exceeded our expectations. Alex was sent to us and initially it seemed his English was not very good and I was concerned that we would not be able to easily communicate. But it went fine, his English was adequate but all his other skills were excellent. He was friendly, worked cleanly, efficiently, and even brought his own trash bag! Our list of things to do was done in less time than we expected and we were happy to have him finish an hour earlier than expected. We would definitely use them again and recommend Reef Tropical.

THEY ARRIVED ON TIME AND DID THE WORK QUICKLY AND THOROUGHLY. i HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE COMPANY BUT I DO PREFER GETTING A QUOTE IN ADVANCE.

I cannot praise this company enough! Victor Perez was professional and did exactly what he said he would do in our first phone call. We needed so much work done. He set up appointments for each job, then stuck to his schedule. Alex was the main worker on this project, and his work ethic and quality of workmanship were exceptional. He never stopped the whole time he was here and completed his tasks with remarkable efficiency. He moved outdoor furniture and other items out of the way carefully and thoughtfully, covering outdoor furniture that had to sit out from under the patio roof during the work and avoiding setting things on my flowers. He was methodical and orderly in every job and left things as tidy as possible at the end of each work day, even coiling up the hose after each use. He was clever and quick in fixing a wooden swingset, using lumber from the building he had torn down to replace warped wood. He even provided the hardware for the exterior door. He and his brother, Jesus, did a thorough job prepping the house for painting, repairing some ugly gashes and even prepping a brand-new, unfinished beam with a layer of Kilz. Whatever needed done, they just did, without complaining or even needing any direction. The paint job is beautiful, and they even spray-painted two new;y installed metal supports and did the detailed work on the faux bricks to make it look as though they are real brown bricks with ivory grout. Omar handled the pressure cleaning and was also pleasant and efficient -- and the fence and swingset looked brand new after he quickly finished. In addition to the work listed above under pressure cleaning, Omar also cleaned out the pool scupper and rinsed off some plastic furniture, going above and beyond. Our property has been transformed! We could not be more pleased with the work, the manner, the timeliness and the price for having this job done. Everyone who dealt with us, from beginning to end, was pleasant, easy to get along with and concerned with doing the job right.

Great deal I purchased through Angie's list, it was worth it. They called me to schedule the appointment within the time frame requested. They they did a great job and everything looked great.

Painter used little of the painter's tape supplied and minimally covered the room. He covered the floor but nothing else, leaving the granite countertops and shower glass enclosures bare. He took the allotted 6 hours and stayed and extra hour to finish. I was surprised how slowly he worked and when I went to check I saw him carefully painting around the towel bars and rings without using any painter's tape. THe ceilings were white and the walls light gray . It would have been better for him to paint the two ceilings first to allow time for drying before painting the walls. I wish I had discussed this approach to save time. But he was courteous and polite. And it was a good special price.

It was okay. The deal was that they were supposed to come out there and fix the fence and replace some other boards. It wasn't a fence company it was like a handyman/ cleaning company. The guy came out, he wasn't an expert in fences. He fixed the fence a little bit. Originally, he said he was going to have to bill me for the parts. It was okay but it wasn't great. He had mentioned something to me but they never charged me more. They said that I am going to have to get the hardware for the fence, for the door, for this and for that. I didn't pay them. Maybe my wife gave them a cheque, I hope not.

I bought a big deal. I had two transactions with them. The first one was a fence. There was a misunderstanding with communication. The owner thought internal painting and he did not even ask how big my house is and if he would be finished in one day. So when they showed up I expected external painting, but they thought it was internal painting and, obviously, in one day they can't finish that job so they just did whatever they could do. The price was great. The quality was good. People should ask the owner whether it will be internal or external painting.
