The first appointment had to be rescheduled because the provider was running late and my husband had an appointment he had to leave for. The company called and explained and the appointment was rescheduled for the following week. Everything went very well on the day of service. The work was done quickly and professionally. Would definitely use this provider again.

Came on time. Did a good job with regards to the roof. Responsive to concerns about potential areas that had previously had leaks. There was no water intrusion from their work. Price was good. Only negative was side walk and driveway were left muddy and with tracks from pressure cleaner. Mild debris, stones from the roof were not cleaned up, House hose was left on sidewalk and not returned to safe storage.

Hector and his co-worker replaced the fascia in the front of the house and did an excellent job. Victor had previously scheduled and coordinated with me. Everything was communicated perfectly and executed in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommended!

They were prompt and professional. Price was fair. Just a bit disappointed that they missed some mold and mildew on the roof so it wasn't 100% clean.

He did a very good job. He did some additional work. For the services provided he did an "A" job, he was very good. I think it was a fair price based on the services rendered. Maybe they were a little slow. I think there was a scheduling issue but it was done in a timely manner so I don't have a beef with them.

I am still getting invoices from this company months after the work was completed and paid for. Very shady.

Alex is trustworthy, truthful and fair. Amiro and Scott are timely, friendly, fastidious, conscientious and knowledgeable. When I was able to be home, they would show me what was happening or anything that they found that should be addressed. They were suggestions made without pressure. When all the work was done, the premises were cleaned and neat. When the fascia was opened up, additional problems were found and remedied reasonably. Considering all the side issues we encountered due to an old termite problem, the experience went very smoothly, especially for an old widow! Alex & Amiro always communicated with me and there was never radio silence if I had a concern. I will be using them again for other jobs around the house and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Two people painted the room in a timely manner and the job was done well.

We had our roof pressure cleaned by Reef a few years ago and when I contacted them again for roof cleaning and painting Victor was nice from the beginning. Got a quote a few hours after I called. Scheduling and getting the work done was a breeze! We bought the paint ourselves and just paid for the paint labor. They did an awesome job and now our 20+ year old roof looks almost new!

Reef Tropical did a great job! Our house looks so beautiful now. Hector, Andres and Christopher painted the house - they were professional, courteous and very clean. We are so happy with the outcome. Thank you, Reef Tropical!

Owner was RUDE and ARROGANT when calling to inquire about establishing a weekly home cleaning services. He started to interview me to see if I was worthy of his business.

They were pricey. The quality of the work was the same as everybody else. They were pretty fast. They left the area clean.

Everything went very well. Hector and Andreas were punctual and did a terrific job. They even painted the new wood.

WENT WELL. THEY WAITED FOR THE RIGHT WEATHER, DID GOOD PREP WORK AND PAINTED NEATLY AND ARTISTICALY

It went very well. They were professional and responsive. I would use them again and recommend their service. Hector was the technician and he was great.

The gentlman arrived a couple minutes late no big deal. After I explained the work that needed to be done he went out to his truck and returned with some caulk and some ready mix grout that came in a small tub. I let him do his thing and after about 30 minutes he informed me he was done. When I took a look at his work I could tell that he was no pro. Instead of removing the old yellow caulk he just threw thick amounts of grout right over it. He informed me that the thick lines would shrink once dried however they never did. I think I could have done a better job myself. After using my restroom he left. All in all he spent 40 minutes at my house. Considering they charged me $99, I think it was a total rip off. This may be last deal I purchase through Angie's List it's not worth the headache or aggravation.
