Description of Work: Arrangements were made with the owner for more work than the deal covered. Workers arrived on time and prepared to work. There was a total of 3 days worth of work. When the job was finished, we had a problem with bubbling paint and Victor came out and looked at it. Even though it was a problem created before this work was done, he went ahead and fixed it for us. It's been great ever since. I highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: The last time I painted my house, it took three days. Reef Tropical came early the day they said they would be there with three persons. The job was finished in one day. I know how careful I was to do the job. I would say they did as good or better job than I did. I purchased the paint and more was needed. I was called advising that I needed more paint and that they would buy the additional paint give me the receipt for reimbursement. That was done.

Description of Work: Painted interior of home. This experience was excellent. Victor was great to talk to and the two painters, Alex and Johnny were so professional, helpful and pleasant to have in my home. Will definitely call them again as soon as my budget allows for other repairs.

Description of Work: Reef Tropical pressure cleaned our very blackened patio area that was in really bad shape. After their meticulous work, you practically needed sun glasses because the pool deck in the patio was so white! The job was incredible and I will be calling them back in a few months and won't let it get so bad because know I know of people who are reliable, reputable, and conscientious!

Description of Work: Richard and Yohanlee arrived early. We discussed the project, and checked the paint I bought. They completed the outside work and were able do all the interior painting I needed well before 4pm. The work included painting exterior wood trim and interior ceilings and a wall. I recommend |and will contract Reef Tropical again. |

Description of Work: job was performed as expected. Found some pieces of tile from the roof in the lawn. Also had to get my truck cleaned. The pressure rinsing did not remove the stuff from the roof that was all over the truck. Except for these two complaints, all went well.

As soon as I purchased the deal, I was contacted to schedule the service. They were professional: responsive, punctual, and did a nice job. We would use them again in the future.

I was supplied with copies of their license and insurance. The gentleman arrived a little late due to being held up on a previous job. The two men were courteous and friendly. They worked professionally to get the job done promptly. I was very satisfied with the condition they left my premises in as clean up was excellent. If you use this company, I believe that you will be very pleased.

Description of Work: They pressure cleaned my entire back patio and pool deck as well as the front deck. Communication with the owner was easy and efficient. He asked me to send him pictures of the area where the work was to be performed and immediately provided an estimate. We discussed a date for the services to be performed and he told me his schedule, but was able to move things around to accommodate me. They showed up on time. He called me to notify and followed up after the work was performed.
