Description of Work: The first problem was that they would not schedule for several weeks. |The techs measured and told my husband that the deal was for 1000 sq ft and our area was 2000 sq ft. I knew this was impossible so we called the owner and he said they should remeasure. This time it was just a little over 1000 sq ft and they charged about an extra $40. I wonder how many have been overcharged. They did do an excellent job.

And one of the workers smoked a cigarette the entire time he worked and left a butt on the floor of my freshly washed deck!

Description of Work: IT COST AN ADDITIONAL $109 FROM PRICE QUOTED. THE WORKER DIDN'T SPEAK ENGLISH AND MISSED A COUPLE OF SPOTS. IT WAS A DECENT JOB, BUT NOT AS NICE AS I HAD EXPECTED FOR THE MONEY AND THE FACT IT TOOK AN HOUR FOR THE WORK. THE TOTAL PRICE WAS $258 FOR AN HOUR AND A FEW SPOTS WERE MISSED

Description of Work: VICTOR CAME OVER RIGHT AWAY TO CHECK OUT THE JOB. THEY HAD TO WORK AROUND THE WEATHER BUT SENT A BIG CREW FOR THE PREP WORK. WE HAD SOME EXTRA CARPENTRY NEEDS WHICH WERE REASONABLE AND DONE VERY WELL. THE PAINTING WENT VERY FAST, WAS DONE PROFESSIONALLY AND NEATLY. THE WORKERS WERE PERSONABLE AND ACCOMMODATING. THE HOUSE LOOKED GREAT WHEN THEY FINISHED. I RECENTLY REFERRED A NEIGHBOR TO THEM AND THEIR JOB LOOKS GREAT TOO.

Description of Work: They painted the base boards and the trim in the house. They were responsive for my request to do early due to me having a baby the following week which I appreciated. |Painter did not speak English which was tough to communicate.

Description of Work: A really thorough cleaning job. The lady assigned to the project was excellent. My only complaint is that the project included oven and refrigerator cleaning which were not done. When I called the office I got an answering machine, left a message and I never got called back to acknowledge my complaint.
