There was a little mix up with the address, but the guys were basically on time. They were polite, efficient and flexible (there were some electric plugs that couldn't be removed from the outlet and they had no problem painting around them). The biggest problem was the language issue. They spoke very little English and I don't speak Spanish. Consequently, we did a lot of gesturing which was a little uncomfortable, but ultimately workable. They weren't quite as careful with the masking on the floor when painting the woodwork, but that's fixable. Overall I'm very happy with the job they performed.

On time and Good communication. Good quality work.

He was extremely late and to my surprise called asking me to come pick him up as he took the bus. I told no and and asked him not to come to my home.

Technicians were on time and did the work quickly and it looks great.

The company was very prompt and efficient and Hector did a wonderful job. He went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes. He was also funny and entertaining,

I wasn't particularly happy actually. One of them sort of moved slow and yet I thought they could get a little more done. I just would not use them again. I feel like that particular offer is made in a way that other things need to be done. It's almost like a bait and switch. It's a decent offer but they can't complete very much. One of them was excellent and the other was late.

Excellent - They were very careful not to use bleach to destroy the grass. They were courteous and timely.

I would definitely use this service again. I particularly recommend Hector as efficient and professional.

Reef Tropical recently painted the entire exterior of our home, including the roof and property fence. The entire job was handled courteously and professionally. The final product looks good, particularly for the price paid, i.e., Reef Tropical provided a fair value for services. Furthermore, Victor (the owner) is friendly and accommodating, and his guys have pride in their work. I would definitely recommend and use again.

That was fine they came out and that was ok. I think I paid $99 the first time so the price was higher and the guy just kind of came out and he didn't recommend anything or any products or prevention or you know, he was just kind of like in and out. And then when I tried to schedule, the scheduling was like all over the place because I'm booked up this day and that day so I had to accommodate him more than vice versa.

They came a few minutes early. Were very friendly, professional, and wasted no time going right to work. Overall, they did a nice job. I would recommend them, and I would use them again in the future.

Overall, everything went really smooth. I was contacted right away by Victor and scheduled an appointment. The workers arrived on time as scheduled. It was a little difficult to understand them because their English was pretty weak, but they told me to call the company. I spoke with Alex briefly who confirmed that the size of the driveway was under 1000ft as part of the deal. When I returned home from work, everything looked great and I can see no issues with their work. Thank you.

Victor was very nice and responded right away. I am happy with the job they did but he said they would be here 2 days. I agreed to his price of an additional $290 due to the size of the roof and the request he pressure clean the front porch too. After his crew left the first day, I saw that the roof of the front porch was not pressure cleaned. I tried calling Victor but his voice mail was full. The next day his crew showed up after I had left for a meeting at 11:30 and were gone by the time I returned at 3 ( I never saw them and could not tell the difference that they were here - Victor told me they had been here>) As a result the ceiling of the front porch wasn't cleaned. The roof looks good and the gutters are cleaned, but I am disappointed about the front porch especially after paying $620.

They replaced some slats, fixed the hinges and made the fence gate workable again. Quality work.

Do not set up an appointment and miss it, particularly if the provider specifically says that it must be within the proposed time, meaning being timely.

Victor was very responsive and was on-time for every appointment. The pricing was straight forward and very reasonable. I reached out to Victor via Facebook and they responded right away. I tried the same with other providers and they never got back to me. The team that worked on my home was very professional and courteous. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who asks. Very happy with the outcome.

The two workers were punctual, but that's the only thing that Reef Tropical did right was show up on time. Before the workers came, Victor (the owner) provided an invoice listing everything we had discussed, stating the driveway, the canvas carport, and the white PVC fence and awnings. He told me about the policy for pricing ($149 for the first 1000 feet plus $0.13 for every additional foot). When they arrived, Victor called to say his workers were there and that it would be about $250. I agreed and spoke with one of the workers before they started, and the worker said that he didn't know about the fence. I showed him the invoice stating the fence was included and he said he would need to reach back out to Victor and add the measurements. I called the company and a man (not Victor) answered and said it would $149 plus an extra $185. The worker then handed me his phone for me to speak with Victor, and he repeated the information about the standard $149 for the first 1000 feet. Victor then became aggressive, cutting me off and raising his voice. I wasn't trying to get anything for free, but trying to understand where the pricing was coming from based on the invoice I was previously given. Victor then said it was going to be the initial $149 plus an extra $357 and at this point was was yelling at me. I then advised the workers they were not the problem but Victor was the problem, and asked for them to leave my property. I would never recommend this company to anybody. Not only did the price double from the initial invoice, but Victor was so unprofessional and disrespectful towards me.

Very punctual. Nice workers. Except for a couple of drip marks that needed to be sanded before painting, work was very good.

Overall the handyman was very good. He worked quickly to get stuff done and looked for solutions. However, he did not speak English, so it would have been helpful to know beforehand. Luckily, my boyfriend was here to speak with him. He showed up an hour earlier than agreed to, which wasn't great because I was not available. But he did come back. He left an hour earlier than the time in the voucher but the owner resolved the issue quickly and in a satisfactory way. The handyman's work performance was very good. Everything was done to my satisfaction.

Victor and his workers are very nice, professional, and respectful. I even have gotten them work in my building and will continue using them. I am happy with their work and with them.
