Description of Work: A little more attention to detail may go a long way.. I asked for several clear plastic coverings to be drilled to a wall opening and the worker failed to remove the labels and price tags before doing so :( but otherwise the worker was prompt, courteous and super helpful.. I would totally hire them again.

Description of Work: I purchased the coupon for the interior painter and the job went very well. Hector was the painter and he did an excellent job. I needed to touch up paint various areas in my home before a special event. Hector was quick but very thorough in his work. I was very pleased with all that had been accomplished in the time purchased. I will definitely use him again.

Description of Work: Inadequate supervision, equipment breakdowns, not enough ladders for a large two-story with pool, and not enough workers who would climb ladders turned a two-day job into a 3.5 day job. The workers left at the end of day 3 without completing the cleaning job or returning my ladders to the garage where they found them or replacing the gazebo, patio furniture, and planters (all of which my wife and I are currently unable to do). No supervisor ever came to the job site either to plan the work or determine that it had been completed!

We apologize you were not 100% satisfied, we tried extremely hard to acomedate all your numerous requests. It is not anyone we allow on a roof only the experienced and skilled techs will go on a roof. For. Most jobs we bring 1 tall ladder to access roofs, it was requested we bring extra ladders to lay across a pool to later drape a plastic cover over it, we did, the roof was over 6000 sq ft and extremely dirty, all walls had to be pressure cleaned, normally a 2.5 day Job, the covering of the pool in a particular fashion the client desired and yes breakdown of equipment (unfortunately it does happen rare but can occur) made this job extend 1 extra day. At the end of this job we had home owner inspect and walk around the job, they were very pleased and told the crew they coul go.
