If you don't know what you need, this is not the deal for you because they do not want to go to the store and buy the supplies that they need. They want you to do it.

Description of Work: The deal was 2 painters for 7 hours each (1 day). They sent 1 painter and so he had to come back another day, which means I had to take another day off. However, the company and painter were professional and the rooms look wonderful.

Description of Work: They did additional work for 100.00 that was paid by check to worker. They claim it was never paid even though I provided them with cancelled check from back. I sent and additional 100.00 before I looked into it. I have requested numerous times to return money and he refuses said is my responsibility to prove which I have.

Description of Work: This so-called "special" was a bust. I specifically hired Reef to remove dark spots on my patio and give it a general freshening up. The 2-man crew was, essentially, lazy and exerted the minimum effort possible to get by. They did not remove any debris from the job. Most importantly, not only did they not remove the dark spots but had the temerity to tell me "We do this every day and know these spots won't come out". Well, I was able to remove the spots myself the next day with some effort and time. The owner agreed to cut $100 from my bill, but it was very annoying to have to finish the job myself. Very disappointing.
