They did a good job! They were easy to communicate with. They were on time for the appointment. They are the first company that actually called me after I purchased the deal to set up the appointment. They offered a reasonable rate for all the work I wanted done.

Pros: worked pretty quickly and did a decent job; cleaned up the debris from the roof around the house when the job was complete; the two guys were pretty polite Cons: they scheduled me for the wrong date even though I was told that the date I requested was available so I had to correct that; they arrived late, apparently had a flat tire, but they did send me a message to let me know.

These gentlemen were promptly on time and brought all of the equipment they needed. They set right to work. My patio was filthy because all of my screens had been out for quite some time so there was a lot of dirt rubbed into the patio surface. In some areas where plants were, there was green discoloration. When these men finished, the patio was absolutely georgeous! The stains were gone and being so clean made the area appear to much larger than it actually was. I would definitely use this company again!!

The service went well. They were very responsive and easy to schedule. I also had them do work on the patio and a pool deck. I thought the additional fee for those services was reasonable. I was happy they also sprayed the windows and the side of the house free of charge. Two technicians came out for the service. They arrived as I was leaving and were gone when I got back. They were great with the cleanup afterwards and left no mess. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Victor was very professional. He called immediately to set up a time to pressure wash my roof. He did a great job and followed up with a call to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend using him.

They did a good job. I hired them for an additional day at a reasonable cost. They painted the living room, hallways and an upstairs hallway.

It turned out fine. They did the job, although they weren’t the most professional. They weren’t 100% prepared, but they were hard workers. They did what was needed and it was worth the money. They were also easy to schedule with and showed up on time.

They were on schedule and on time for the appointment. They treated my roof and pressure washed it. It obviously was a bit messy but the crew was really good at cleaning up afterwards. They washed the exterior of my house as well as the walkways and my driveway. Everything came out nicely.

The work was completed as requested - 2 painters for 8 hours of work. The painters were on-time and delivered a professional product. The owner also arrived midway through the project to confirm the project was going well. I will definitely utilize their services in the future.

If you live in Miami, you know it can be very difficult to get some contractors to be responsive. Reef Tropical Cleaning replied to a request for quote within less than an hour, and the price was competitive. The owner was very helpful in explaining how they'd handle the project and in managing the logistics. In doing the cleaning project, they were prompt, communicative, and skilled. Both the office/management and field workers were thoroughly professional. Their other reviews are also outstanding, and we are happy to add ours to those. What more could be said? Highly recommended.

We had not used a "Big Deal" before and were pleasantly surprised. Not only was the company professional and responsive, the owner (Victor) was a pleasure to deal with and was truly interested in getting the work done. He emailed me within a couple of hours of purchasing the "Deal" through Angie's List and then coordinated the job with my husband. I really appreciated the "reminder" email he sent the day before the job was scheduled to begin, just to confirm that that house was prepped and that we had the necessary supplies. (Victor even gave us some advice). The painters showed up as scheduled and were very careful, attentive to our concerns. Victor's office followed up with us daily by email to make sure everything was going o.k. We have a 1938 art deco style house with lots of details, so this wasn't simply a matter of "rolling" a concrete box. The painters weren't phased at all and really did a nice job -- even working to beat the afternoon rain storms. We are looking forward to hiring them again very soon to do other work on our house.

Good communication in scheduling appointment and coordinating arrival of staff. They did a good job cleaning the areas requested and left the surrounding walls, yard, etc. clean of debris that washed off patio. The area we had cleaned exceeded the amount included in the deal so they notified me right away (prior to starting the work), and emailed me an itemization of their measurements for review and advised of the additional cost. The office emailed an invoice for the difference requesting payment be submitted by mail. The work was completed timely and they did a very good job.

I actually got 2 separate Deals; one was for the roof, and another was for pressure cleaning a driveway/sidewalk, but Victor at Reef Tropical allowed me to use the deal for the vertical fence. Since I had some square footage left over, he gave me a great price for the Driveway also. We originally had the date for Friday afternoon, which gave me a bit of apprehension since I thought the job wouldn't finish until very late, since it included so much work. They asked if they could move up the date which worked out great for both of us, and they came over Thursday morning. I usually let my 2 dogs run in the yard in the morning, right about the time that they arrived. The workers were very accommodating and worked around the dogs play time, which made me feel better. I must say, all of the work was extremely professional. They took care with my plants, door mats, and they even pressure cleaned my mail box, which is one of the stand alone cement kind, and that wasn't even included in the specific work, and which I had overlooked. They cleaned up everything after they finished, and even cut away some of the dead vegetation from around the house that had grown up to the roof. It's nice to get what you pay for, but in this day and age of fast food, fast work, and too often, less than quality work, it's really refreshing to actually get MORE than you paid for. Victor even called that afternoon to inquire as to my satisfaction with the work, and to see if I had any concerns. Customer Quality Assurance follow-up; I love it! I have no problem or hesitation recommending Reef Tropical Cleaning and Services. They delivered on everything that was promised and more. I especially like the freedom Victor gave me in tailoring the job exactly to MY needs. Thanks for a job well done.

its messy job but they cleaned up all around the pool, the pool was dirty for a few days while the filter cleaned up the mess from the roof. Proposed they use a visquen pool cover next time, they agreed. over all good job.

They arrived right on time and worked without any breaks for over 6 hours. Did a very nice job, no spillage onto decking pavers adjacent to the dock and even cleaned off the side of the house next door on the north side, where some of the roof debris had splashed. I didn't intend for them to stain the upright parts of the dock (wood around the pilings) but they did that too as they thought it would look better(everything would match perfectly), and no extra charge. I would definitely hire again, maybe to pressure wash and seal my paver driveway and back/pool deck the next time it's needed.

Everything was excellent! The management and personnel were great to work with. I would definitely recommend them again in the future.

These guys were incredible, truly dedicated, the guy started at 9am and finished around 4pm, the roof looked brand new after over 20 years of debris and sediment had been cleaned away!

I utilized an Angie's List offer. My appointment scheduling involved several calls to owner, to make it work for myself and a neighbor who wanted work done also and coordination of her schedule. This was a win/win for all three of us. Time is money for the vendor for sure. Staff arrived 5 minutes after appointment which is arriving on time. Work commenced immediately. Obviously, I did not get up on the roof to check but the debris (sand) was very little off the shingle roof but lots of mildew and dirt. Owner arrived during the work. Because we added another customer to his file, ( the neighbor) and she is a satisfied customer in the neighborhood, it grew the local business which is the core of a successful community. I would absolutely use this company again and highly recommend them.

Spoke to Victor about scheduling a Big Deal that I purchased for Asphalt Sealcoating. Unfortunately, my driveway is unable to be sealed because it was painted by the previous owner. Victor was very helpful in explaining the situation and offered me an alternate solution that I chose not to take. Will definitely use them for future projects!

I misunderstood the deal and am looking for a different kind of service.

It went great. I used the special $249 coupon for the roof cleaning. The two guys came a little after 9am, as agreed, and got to work. We have a tall 2 story house, so getting up on the roof and thoroughly pressure cleaning the black mold off of the roof tiles seemed like a pretty hard job. The company had offered to do the driveway and deck for an additional $65, so I went for that too. It took them about three hours, and the house looks great. I would use them again and recommend them to my neighbors.
