The painter, Yonly, was punctual (actually a little early) and did a wonderful job. Since I wanted white, it took a few coats. He was polite, professional and courteous. He worked continuously and precisely. He didn't spill a drop and didn't need or use painter's tape. After the job, I called Victor Perez, the owner, to praise the worker and workmanship. I am very satisfied with every aspect of the job and highly recommend this company. I feel I got value for my money. I would certainly use this company again in the future. Hy Imerman

It went excellent and the person doing the work went out of his way to help me return and buy the correct paint I needed for the job.The only problem I had was that he left the apartment and did not clean up very well after he left. So on the one hand he went out of his way to help me but on the other it seemed like he left in a hurry. I am not sure I would use them in the future, but I would definitely be there before they left.

The painter painted the area where there had been construction. The walls were opened up to provide support for a beam. This area needed to be painted and "feathered" into the existing painted areas.

There were no problems scheduling. They came out for an estimate first and came back a week later to do the work. It took them around three days to complete the job. It went well, they were professional, and it turned out great.

The gentleman showed up on time, and told me the order he would perform the work. he set out to do the task and, performed them better than I expected. when he was all finished he asked if there was anything else, he cleaned up and left. the results really were better than expected. I recently purchased this house and I think absolute slobs lived here prior to me. I tried to clean the shower doors and door tracks repeatedly and this gentleman nailed it! I mean beautiful. I didn't expect that and am thrilled with the outcome. I would, without a doubt, use this company again and will recommend to anyone that needs work performed

I purchased a deal for $1,299 for an Exterior House Painting Package. It went really well. There were some extra costs for priming but the price was fair. They had great communication, were flexible and very prompt. I would definitely work with them again.

Excellent. I called on Monday and they came out Wednesday. The price was very fair and they did an excellent job preparing the fence, which was heavily covered with mildew, for staining/weatherproofing. This is the second time I've used them and both time I've been very satisfied with both their responsiveness and the quality of their work

Upon reviewing their work, the paint wasn’t well distributed. They were two hours late for the work. I ended up fixing the work myself. The person who scheduled spoke English but the person who came out did not.

My experience with them was excellent. They were very responsive and sent a team over the same day (Saturday) to clean a patio with a pressure washer following a burst pipe. They had all the necessary tools and cleaning equipment ready and completed a tough job very quickly. On the spot, I hired them for other jobs, and they were completed with the same efficiency and professionalism. I look forward to working with them again.

I had called and asked about getting someone out for painting. He wanted to send one painter out instead of the two. I was just not comfortable with the changes of the deal. I decided to not go with this deal.

He was great. Everything was perfect. He came on time, he did the job, he left early, and he accomplished what I wanted. There was no extra charges. He was great.

I got 2 & ½ hours and he did what I asked, however, he didn’t thoroughly do the job. He didn’t use a brush in any of the corners. He painted what I asked, but he rushed through so fast and didn’t complete it. When I called the owner to let him know, he said it wouldn't be a problem and they would come back out in December to finish. I was specific with the owner and let him know that they needed to finish the ceiling and the corners. He was willing to make it right, however, when they came back out they were not willing to repaint the ceiling (they only wanted to touch it up) and still did not finish the corners. The story completely changed from the owner being willing to make it right to him being upset and still not completeing the work. There was dust all over my furniture and tables from the drop cloth after the worker left.

Janet was on time and fully equipped to clean the house even a ladder. She got straight to work and continued for several hours before stopping to eat lunch which she brought with her. She took all of ten minutes and back to work. When she was finished everything was extremely clean. She also moved the furniture to clean under and behind it and the floors sparkled. Janet is a very nice person who is friendly and polite. It was a pleasure to have her here for the day and well worth the cost.

Reef Tropical Cleaning did a fantastic job on both my roof and the interior painting. We wanted our white trim painting redone because it had gotten dinged up over the years by two big energetic dogs. Our roof was pretty dirty form mildew as well. What impressed me was their attention to detail and cleanliness of the work. The trim and roof look terrific. The interior crew finished the work, and then looked for more they could do! Well, I had a few more areas that needed attention and they went right to work, so now my staircase and front door (inside and outside) look like new again. The roof was cleaning had the same attention to detail, cleaning all the edges and he also made cleaned my hurricane shutters and anywhere that the roof dirt landed. I am very happy with the jobs Reef Tropical Cleaning did for me.

Painter arrived on time was very conscious to protect my wooden floors cleaned up after himself and worked very hard all day.

The owner of this company stayed in contact with us regularly and as soon as we bought the deal, he called us within hours. The painter arrived on time and was very professional and quiet and worked hard. As a woman at home alone I was very impressed with the professionalism shown. The work was top notch, and completed within the time frame - if a section needed two coats, he did it without having to be asked, wonderful experience and I look forward to having them come back in the future.

Victor's crew showed up ready to work and got right to it. Job was finished in less than six hours! Excellent job! Only little complaint is that they could've cleaned up dirt debris a little better (I had to rinse walls in a couple spots), but no big deal. I would definitely use them again.

I was called the morning of the appointment advising the painter was delayed. I asked if I could be called again when painter was 20 minutes away so I could leave work and go let him in. I was called as I requested and came to let him in. he finished, locked my door and I sent a check for services performed. i personally HATE to paint so was very glad when i came home. what a difference. he did a great job. i was really pleased.

They were very respectful and did a great clean up. I had one issue with them finishing on time but I called the company and the owner sent them back out to finish regardless of time. I would definitely use them again.

I was really impressed by the professionlism and quality throughout the process. I originally purchased the deal for one project that ended up needing much more work to repair, and Victor was great about rescheduling. I even likely botched the communication for the reschedule, and Victor was great about rescheduling again - out here I would have expected a huge fight about it. Today, his employee was early for the job and did a great job knocking things off my to do list like a machine. Victor was great about checking in with us both regularly throughout the day. I really had no expectations as I have no long how long these things take, but I was impressed at how well and quickly things got done. I really appreciate the work and I will definitely call Victor for help the next time I have a job that needs to be handled by someone who knows what they're doing.

I bought a deal for a day painting job for $199. Awesome experience. The guy showed up when I was told he would (8:30am) which is rare in Miami. He was very quiet and worked diligently all day. The two rooms look great. I would use them again

The worker arrived promptly and performed the services to my expectations. May I add, I am a perfectionist and not the easiest person to please. I have used this company several times for carpentry work to driveway sealing and they have proven to be very efficient. Victor does a good job of scheduling his employees and making sure they are prompt. I will definitely use them again.
