He did a good job. He painted fascia boards and trim work around the fascia boards. I doubt I paid anything extra. The little guy didn't speak any English and luckily I knew a little Spanish and my phone had a translator so we were able to communicate.

I was so disappointed because he could have gone to a store to pick up the mechanism for the fluorescent lights but he didn't do that and it was very hard communicating with the worker. I don't speak Spanish and I don't think he spoke very good English, so it wasn't a very productive experience. The cost was way too much like $200 for less than an hour's work. They were very responsive and they coordinated with email. He came when he said he would.

Wonderful service. Arrived promptly, Were professional and friendly. Did a marvelous job and cleaned areas around the house before leaving. Everything sparkling clean. Highly recommend.

They were awesome. He follows up and called me which I really appreciated. They were very professional. His people were there when they were supposed to be there and they showed up on time and took care of it. I’ve could have gotten other deals a little bit better as far as the price goes. He wanted to do the roof and so forth and I just kind of found that there was no consistency in regards to the pricing. It was excellent quality.

I purchased the service through Angie's list late at night and received a call from Victor the very next day to schedule. He was very accommodating in setting up an appointment. Victor was very nice, professional, and detailed about what to expect. The offer I purchased covered 1800 Sq. Ft. of pressure cleaning the roof and my home is much larger. He gave me an excellent rate for the additional square footage. His team arrived at the time we agreed upon and were very polite, professional and efficient. I didn't realize how disgusting the roof really was until I saw how gross the water that was coming down was. When they completed the job, they even spray cleaned my garage door and got rid of all the dirty water from my driveway. Thank you for providing excellent service! Will definitely use again.

Reef Tropical came out promptly to give us an estimate. After several estimates, we decided to go with R.T. C. & S. They gave us a starting date that gave us plenty of time to prepare our property for the up-coming task. They arrived as scheduled and were professional, courteous and did a top-notch job. They completed the job before we expected and added some special touches that made our house look better than ever! We will definitely use them again for future projects. I highly recommend them!

Jesus (the carpenter/painter who arrived on a Sunday!) did an excellent job. He was prompt, courteous, incredibly helpful, and delightful company. Best yet, everyone is commenting on how much nicer my office looks now that he has painted over the mural with a vibrant shade that really wakes up the room. Five Stars! On the price, $300 may sound like a lot for a 9'x9' wall. However, Jesus was here all day because it took SEVEN coats of heavy-duty paint and primer to cover the horrible mural. The office has no windows, which made the drying time even slower. Jesus has the patience of a saint! :-)

So, to be honest, I have had very bad luck with contractors in the past, but an Angel literally sent me Victor. I am a first time home buyer and purchased a foreclosed home that needed A LOT of work. I decided to go on Angies list to find a reputable company because I was having such bad luck looking elsewhere. Well my wish came though. I met Victor. He is the manager/owner of Reef Tropical cleaning and services. I explained to him what I needed and not only was he very accommodating, but very polite and VERY professional. He sent a few guys to come out and check out the property to give me a quote. I needed my roof to be cleaned. He came to clean my roof and let me tell you how disgusting it was. I mean green and black slime everywhere! I didn't know roofs could get sooo dirty. Anyway I bought a deal off of Angies list that also included a throw in gutter cleaning. So Victor and his guys cleaned my gutters, cleaned the roof, and even added a special chemical to keep mold and mildew from coming back! I was so pleased with his work that I asked him to come back and Paint my house. I knew I had to use him again. So he came back the following week at 9am sharp as always (very rare in Miami). He pressure cleaned the house one day, came back the next day to caulk around the windows and fill in any holes or cracks he saw in the walls of the house, and then painted the following 2 days. My house was completely cleaned and painted in 4 days. I was shocked at how well his guys worked and how professional they were. The house looks COMPLETELY different then it did before. I was so grateful to Victor because I didn't buy enough paint and they went out and bought some extra cans of paint, which I gratefully repaid. I am so happy with how my house looks. I couldn't explain how happy I am. There are just not enough words. I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone. He does amazing work, arrives on-time every time, and is very professional. No doubt, this is the company to use when fixing your home. Victor, if you are reading this, Thank you. I couldn't be happier! I cant wait until my next project!!

I purchased the service through Angies List and Victor called me right away to schedule the work. He was very accommodating and thorough. The team arrived early and were very professional. They did a great job and were very careful not to damage our patio furniture or to get our pool dirty. We had some rust stains on some pavers and although they were unable to totally remove them they applied a solution to minimize the stains. Once they were finished they cleaned the furniture and put it back where it was. We were very happy with the service and our patio looks like new. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Reef Tropical was a terrific experience: Punctual, skilled, thorough, efficient. Communication was easy; management was accessible and responsive. The exterior of our house was not just painted, but also pressure washed. Small gaps or cracks from settling were carefully filled in and smoothed. The crew worked tirelessly and finished ahead of schedule. We were surprised that Reef Tropical went over and above, pressure washing a bit of the deck. We extended out agreement to include a screened porch, and it looks better than it did new. Actually a pleasant experience. Not the least bit of stress.

Victor Perez is terrific! He is efficient, organized and delivers on all his promises. We arranged to have the exterior of my house painted and his workers arrived on time, pressure cleaned, prepared the house and did a great paint job. Victor was also on location making sure all the work was done to my satisfaction. It was done beautifully. Reef Tropical did what I asked and more. They left the house in pristine condition. How many times can you say that about a company? I am delighted to recommend Reef Tropical!

I showed the men the areas that I wanted them to clean. At that time they explaned that some of the stains may not come out with the pressure cleaning on my driveway. They cleaned all the areas that I requested. I have a Well which leaves a rust stain. This was the stain that was difficult to remove with the pressure cleaning. I did ask them to come back and re-do the sidewalk, which they did. They were very responsive and professional. Overall I was satisfied with the service.

Jesus from Reef Tropical Cleaning & Services did a magnificient job of painting the living room and the areas around it in our house. I can definitely say that Jesus has been by far the best resource that has worked in our house. He was right on time and did the entire job all by himself and cleaned up after the job was done. I was thoroughly impressed!

Excellent, the company personnel arrived on time and they went directly to the job. They did not use any chemicals as it was not needed, they were very kind and explained that chemicals would damage my plants and may not be used unless it is worth it. I would use this company again, they are professional, cleaned up their mess and even pressure washed the walls as the dirt from the roof came down. They also removed the dirt generated from my patio deck. CONS: None

It went amazing. When cleaning the roof, there was all this black and green goo coming off. I didn't realize how dirty it was! They cleaned the roof amazingly, and even applied a mold and mildew deterent. Then, they pressure cleaned the gutters and even helped us clean the leaves off of our terrace free of charge.. I will definitely be using them again!!

This was a Big Deal - $229 for seven hours of interior trim painting. Victor, the supervisor, called to say our painter would be a little late. Avelino had a flat tire and trouble finding the house, but he stayed until the job was done. We felt we received good value for the money in comparison to another company we had used. He worked the entire time, pausing only briefly for short breaks. The quality of the work is quite good. It was a pleasure to watch someone who knows his craft. Avelino speaks mostly Spanish and we speak mostly English, but this was not a problem, as the work was straightforward. Victor was quick to reply to email and phone, and was a pleasure to work with, too. We would use the company again.

They were excellent. He was prompt, he was on time, he was a perfectionist and he was very detailed. He was very patient with what he did. He was quiet. He was very professional. He was a great painter! He prepped everything by himself and cleaned up well when he was finished.

The owner, Victor, was very cordial, and professional, over the phone. He sent two capable young men to tackle the job. They too, were very professional, and had agreeable attitudes about areas pointed out to them that I didn't want them to mistakenly neglect. They performed and overall good job. I am pleased with the job they did.
