Great job cleaning up the pavers. Was pleased that they kept most of the dirt out of the pool.

I am very satisfied with both jobs and have contracted them for painting and handyman services also. They are very professional and always return your phone calls and emails promptly. It is a pleasure t get all the small maintenance problems taken care if using inky on contractors saves a lot of time and effort. Will also use them at a later date for a deep clean of my house.

Contractor contacted me immediately and arrived as scheduled. Intalled sfive air conditioning vent covers and, hung pictures and mirrors. Repaired a stuck door.

I bought a deal to replace some broken fence boards. Although they were late, they were very apologetic and made up for it in the quality of work they did. I would hire them again.

Victor set up the service and was conscious of the weather when sending a painter. The work was completed without issue.

I first had Reef Tropical out to pressure wash driveway, walkways, roof and entire house. The did a great job for a great price. I then had them out about a month later to paint the entire house. They did another pressure cleaning then waited for it to dry. They painted the entire house top to bottom and it looks amazing. It looks like a new home again! The job was very professionally done and the whole process took about five business days. The cost was very good (both for the initial cleaning and for the painting). I will definitely be calling them back for future pressure cleaning and possibly some interior painting. I am very happy with the job they did, it really looks amazing, and the cost. There was little to no mess. The guys were very easy going and thorough on the painting.

Went fine, no complaints. If I had more for him to do it would have been at .14 a square foot, good price also.

Reef did a terrific job - everything came out better than expected. The roof hasn't looked that clean since it was new, and the walls were cleaned up so well we can forego an exterior re-paint for at least another year. Sidewalks and patios came out great as well. The owner, Victor, called to check on progress and I told him we were very happy with the quality of service.

Workers showed up on time. Work done with no fuss, took about 2.5 hours to complete the work. Roof looks very well. Gentlemen cleaned up after themselves and left the area tidy. Would use again and recommend.

Arrived by 9am, got right to work. Worked the entire time and provided high quality work. It is a pleasure to work with this professional painter/handyman. This was our second time working with this provider and the best experiences we have had with home repair in the years we have been in Miami.

They showed up on time and did the task as explained to them and were open to discussing the work they did and they cleaned up nicely. Pleasant service.

The crew is to be commended, for working all day in the rain. I ask about the mildew treatment but the worker did not know about applying the treatment. He called Victor who said they will do that at the end. Since it rained all day I had to call Victor back to see if the mildew treatment is going to be effective. He assured me that is will be active, even though it was raining. The roof looks good. Thanks
