Billy, the employee who was sent by Reef Tropical Services, installed four horizontal blinds, and four curtain rods in the house's interior. He also installed 23 external vent covers around the foundation of the older elevated concrete block house. In addition, he performed small items such as changing the dryer ventilator, replacing light bulbs in difficult to reach fixtures, and replacing several other small wall items. He was very knowledgeable, adept, and polite. He demonstrated excellent knowledge and skills regarding home repairs. By coincidence, he had been raised in a home of almost the same age in a nearby neighborhood. Consequently, he is very knowledgeable about homes of that era. I am very pleased with his work, knowledge, and demeanor. Most of the activities were within my home repair skill range, but he completed them in less than one fourth of the time it would have taken me. I recommend Reef Tropical Services highly and would call them again for any other service that they provide

My husband and I were extremely pleased with the painting services provided by Alex from Reef Tropical Cleaning & Services. Alex was punctual, professional, and thorough. He meticulously prepared the surfaces to be painted by spackling all small holes, indents, etc. He then did an excellent job in painting and a thorough clean-up. My husband and I were very pleased with Alex' workmanship and would definitely hire him again. I wish I had the option to give an A+ instead of only an A.

We were in Australia at the time the work was performed. When we returned, the roof looked clean but there were 20 broken roof tiles that we will need to have a roofer replace.

Everything went great! Victor responded the same day after buying the deal, and the job was done 3 days after. A painter, whose name is Jesus, came on time, worked fast and furious, left on time. Perfect. I was a bit concerned about purchasing a deal based on hours, not completion of the job, but they proved me wrong. Thanks for the job well done!

The team of two men with two machines worked very fast and did an amazing job. I had 2 porches, 5 sidewalks (including 1 on each side of the house) and 2 driveways. They look like new!

Poorly, the owners are very professional and good at communications but they sent workers of unknown experience and no English understanding. We asked for the 2 painters to paint the ceilings in our 941 Sq/ft 3/1 home the company owner personally translated what we wanted and what they needed to proceed. While they began taping and papering and painting, I went to Home Depot bought more supplies and drinking water and returned. The men began working while I got additional supplies, returned quickly and after we left the work site very little was accomplished the rest of the day. They clearly did some work in 2 bedrooms and a hallway ceiling only, between 2 professional men in a whole day. There were some brown stains on ceiling in kitchen before and after work reportedly done. The workers said that was after 3 coats of paint! My wife painted over it with one roll of the roller and the "4"th coat completely covered the stains. We did the whole house in under 1 day with 1 coat and had it looking better than all but 1 10'x12' bedroom that the workers did do quite well while we were there. They can do the work but you must stay on top of them. Don't leave.

First of all, I scheduled this "thorough housecleaning" two months in advance. Two days before the date, the owner, "Victor," wanted to change the date! I had already taken a day off from work that day. Finally, he said it would be OK, but he moved the start time from 9:30 am to 8:00 am. The original cleaning person did not come. The people who came were inexperienced house cleaners. They were nice people, but they did not know how to clean a house. Since I was moving, there was no furniture or small appliances that had to be cleaned, just kitchen, bathrooms, floors. At the end of their "cleaning," the refrigerator and oven still had crumbs in them, drawers and cabinets still had crumbs and/or stains, and the scum stains in the shower remained. Light switches, doors, and trims were not even touched. I even had to show one of them how to use "Mr. Clean's magic eraser" on surfaces. She was impressed but didn't have time to finish the work. After a few hours, the guy just sat on the stairs to rest. They left after about about four hours. Since I was busy moving, I didn't complain (my fault). I'm writing this complaint now because the landlord just told me that she had to hire other house cleaners to finish the job, which came out of my security deposit. I am extremely disappointed by the service provided by Reef Tropical Cleaning.

I placed the order on Angies List, and then had to go back up north for a month. The company said no problem. The day of service, they got in traffic n showed up 1 late..The office kept in touch, and it was no problem because the movers were there also. A team od 2 showed up, and cleaned the kitchen, and mopped all the floors n wiped out all the cabinets. I don't speak Spanish, but the office got us on the same page. Did a real good job. I was able to get my rent deposit back! With all the packing, and moving, n eating pizza for a few days....the last thing I wanted to do (at 55 yrs old) was clean. I will use them again. Thanks

Provider was punctual, pleasant and did good work. He made sure our new floors were protected and left the premises clean.

I purchased this as an Angie 'deal' for my neighbor directly beneath my apartment. A water leak from my apartment damaged her wall. She was thrilled with the painter, Jesus, who completed the job professionally and neatly. I was happy Angies List listed this competent resource.

I rate my overall experience a 'B'. It is a positive rating and I am generally satisfied. Victor contacted me as early as he could after I purchased the deal. He was nice and responsive, unfortunately we couldn't find a date that both of us were available so the service couldn't be performed until early August. But it is completely normal and I don't have any complaint for that at all. Victor did suggest that his team could perform the service without me on site, but I am kind of conservative and not comfortable with the contractor that I dealt with the first time. That is also the main reason we couldn't reach an agreement of service date. I probably would allow them to do it without me on site if I need other service from them. Then, to be honest, also the only reason that the experience is not fully satisfactory, I had an unpleasant experience with the first assigned contractor to perform the actual work. However, as soon as I contacted Victor, he responded it quickly, handled the situation fairly and immediately assigned another one who showed up on time and did a really good job. I would like to recommend Reef Tropical Cleaning & Services for its quality, responsiveness and professionalism.

EXCELLENT. Professional, skilled technicians who knew what they were doing and did not waste time. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the care taken to make sure paint went where it was supposed to go and no where else! No waste, no mess, just pure quality workmanship. A+ rating as far as I am concerned.
