Both men were thorough, professional and friendly. I particularly liked the explanation on the nature of the work in getting rid of our Carpenter Ants. The lead man and I went up on the roof and pointed out where a previous exterminator missed a rat entrance. Doing everything electronically was perfect. I didn't rate value for the dollar only because it's to early to determine if they have been effective.
