I use this company for about six years. They currently do not provide service in the area that Iâ  m living, but I would definitely utilize them again if they ever open up a line of business in the Broward county area. The technicians were always on time, courteous And provided any additional feedback if ever requested. They were very good about rescheduling my appointment if I needed it. As it relates to the products used They were extremely effective as well as safe. I have a child and two dogs, and there was never an issue. In addition, we lived on a ranch/farm style home in the Redlands/HOMESTEAD area and the product worked amazing. During certain times of the year when it rained a lot, there may be a little bit more ant activity than usual, as soon as I contacted the company, they would come out and do a re-spray. Extremely good company, great communication. .

I’ve been with Proterra for about 7 years, it’s the only pest control service I will ever use the service is wonderful and the techs are well mannered and very polite, if there ever is an issue after a service has been done one call and their back out to respray no questions asked , I’ve been very pleased with Proterra and will continue to use their service now and into the future

I spoke with Butch who promised to eliminate rats in my house and I paid for rats infestation exclusion and they have failed to deliver promised rats elimination. i still see rats running around and droppings on the floor. I called them this morning and they attempted to sign me up for another service.

Originally very helpful. After 1st treatment mentioned to manager that there seem to be more than roaches and they bit. He mentioned that he would check and speak to owner. Worker came 2nd treatment no knowledge of biting bugs. On 3rd treatment worker still didn't know what biting bugs where. Wife called and was told a charge of $400 per room would apply. I never heard from manager or owner after 1st treatment. Worker sent had no knowledge of bugs

This is an outstanding company. The owner Butch is knowledgeable, caring, honest and so professional. Butch contacted me on a Saturday night and the next morning Sunday he was at my daughter s home at 8 am to resolve her infestation problem. Now that is amazing service. Thank you Home Advisor. I plan to hire ProTerra for my home as well.

We had a potential bird mite infestation and Butch was here in an hour from our call. He explained the treatment and made us felt at ease due to his knowledge and general interest in helping us. The teeth showed up the next morning was professional and thorough. Problem solved! Highly recommend! WR

I love this company. They came out on a weekend to immediately attend to the problem. They make me feel like my problem was there problem. I will recommend them to all my friends.

I had several other companies try to get rid of the rats in our rafters and none were good our successful til I met Butch from Proterra. He is excellent, cares about what he does, has great guys working for him. Highly recommend him.

Very professional. Written estimate and arrived on time. Took care of pest problem and made suggestions and repairs to keep critters out for good.
