They did job, plumber named ROBERT ,next day it clogged again, we called them because they said job was guaranteed, nobody answeredi texted and pleaded them... Nothing. Text and left message for refund because I guess someone else... Nothing. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE CROOKS.

Chase came out and gave a 30 minute heads up. He was very friendly and resolved the issue quickly. I will be using him again.

The technician Alejandro that did the service was on time, professional and informative! The only thing is they charged me on the higher end for a kitchen drain clog. I did not mind paying the price because I have a older home because I was told they give a year warranty before he started the job but after the job was completed another technician informed me they offered no warranty on their service because my home was a older home. From past experiences with other companies, I love companies that offer warranty on service because that majority of the time means they get the job done. Other than that I had a good experience with this company.

Although initial recommendation was to push to replace full unit (in its 6th year), was flexible to provide a less expensive option based on a competitive repair bid which narrowed down to simply replacing the heating elements and thermostat. Job was performed almost immediately and to our satisfaction

Ben was so helpful in diagnosing our problem with a water leak and going out the same day to pick up materials he needed to get the job done. I was very pleased and would recommend Peter's Plumbing.

I hired Peter Plumbing back in Aug 2020. After several attempts and charging me for all the work they had done that didn't fix the problem I was having, they at least had the courtesy to tell me they would write up a report and record a video to prove what the problem was so that I can escalate to my HOA. I followed up about once a week from Aug 202 where I was constantly promised a callback, yet no one ever called back. Finally, on Jan 4th, I threatened to report them to the Better Business Berura and I received a call from the manager who had come to do the video of my pipes and had told me he would be sending me the report and video. Now he is saying that the video costs $300 and they no longer have it in their possession, so they would have to come to do it again. The manager said that he doesn't want to get into he said she said and that there is nothing he can do. Unfortunately, due to the lack of professionalism with their invoices, it was really my word against theirs. I spend over $1,500 did not fix the problem and have no documentation or evidence of the work they did and/or what the problem is. Back to square one... I would not recommend this company. If you do decide to hire them, please make sure that you have in writing upfront what they are committing to - because apparently they customers the word is not enough.

I live in NY, and the work was being done in Florida. They were very good in the initial phase of coming out to provide an estimate and dealing with the Homeowners Association. When they came to do the work, they ran into a problem and could not complete the work as contracted. They did not contact me to tell me this and never explained why. They then proceeded to bill the full amount. Only after I pointed out that they were charging me for work they had not done did they reduce their invoice.

Professional crew, well done job

Peter is very awful, he scam people. broke my garbage disposal. The sink is a mess and it stinks from food in disposal.
