When they came to inspect, what was wrong, they showed me what they fixed and replaced. What is the problem my water company three days later called and said thereâ s still excessive usage. When Iâ m not even in the house

Came out later in the same day I requested service, replaced very old external faucet that was leaking with a nice new one. Very quick and efficient.

I explained the project to the plumber. He quoted me a price to complete the job. I paid. The next day, my faucet was leaking water in my bathroom. I called the company and requested assistance. They sent another plumber to my home. He attempted to charge me another $250.00 to fix the leaking faucet and claimed the leak was due to a rusted pipe. The previous plumber saw the pipes prior to accepting the job. He mentioned nothing about a rusted pipe. This company took $500.00 from me and left me to fix my leaking faucet. I called again and was told that a manager would call me back immediately. No one called. I am very disappointed. Sad indeed.

Their team came out the same day. They gave me an estimate. We established a price. they diagnosed the problem with our tankless water heater system that 2 other plumbers had missed. They returned the next day and did the job. My wife is happy she can finally take a bath in her tub. The water was always lukewarm before they corrected the problem. I would recommend them.

If you want your hard earned money stolen hire them. Irresponsible, careless, dirty, messy, unreasonable, unreliable. We are now fighting for $750 so do not go hire them.

Unprofessional sloppy service.

Stay away from this company, the installer was not prepared for the job, he had to go to Homedepot to get some parts, and a couple times they said they were going to homedepot and never came back. Its been three weeks and they havent completed the job.

Peter's Plumbing contacted me immediately and sent two top techs, Darren & Abel. They both worked good together and worked with me to get all the problems solved. The girl in the office was very efficient and helpful. I highly recommend Peter's Plumbing.

I was contacted immediate, within five minutes, once I requested the service. Someone was in my house within two hours, which it what I was told. The only issue was the person didn’t have all the equipment on hand. He had to go a purchase one piece of equipment to complete the job. The person was amicable and explained everything he was doing. This company is 24/7 so it is nice to have them on my list for emergencies.

They quoted me for a price to put a snake in the drain and then stated that if that did not work they recommended going in with a camera. I told them that the problem was under the house and told them the issue that the inspector had found when he inspected the house. I told them that whatever they do, they need to take pictures. They came back to tell me that they could fix it and saw what the problem was. They told me to fix it would cost $1,925.00. I trusted that they are licensed Plumbers and should know what they are doing and also recommended through ANGI. I agreed for them to do it. Once the job was done, I was then told that there was a second part to the project. They stated that the sewer pipe from the tub/toilet needs to be replaced and that it was not sloping properly. They stated that they could not do the job today and someone else would have to do it from their company and at a cost of $6,250. When I agreed fir them to do the job, they never mention that this would be a twofold job only once they got done. I called another company Plumbing Troopers also recommended by ANGI. The plumber went to look at the pipe under the house and said it was not sloping properly and needed to be replaced. He stated that his cost would be $2,850 and he is also a licensed plumber. I could not believe the difference in price from two licensed plumbers. I feel that I was robbed from Peters Plumbing that they only did part of the job and the price they charged me. They also made two holes in the walls to supposedly get to the pipes. They did not clean up after themselves either and had to pay someone to patch the wholes and repaint the walls. From another plumber, we found out that there is nothing wrong with the pipe itself but the way it was not sloping properly. All they had to do was tie up the pipe which was not tied up properly preventing the flow to the sewer as it was **at a negative**. I will never use Peters Plumbing again. Their price is highway robbery. I feel I was tricked by them ( Joel) who was the spokesperson for the two plumbers and also told me that he was the manager. Rosilda B.

He quickly identified and successfully remedied the problem, and the repair came in at a fair and reasonable cost. Customer hired Peters Pluming, Inc to fix a water pump . They charge me $700.00 for the job. They did a very bad job, They told me I needed to hire a electrician to fix my water pump.
