Our distinction is the quality of service we bring to our customers. Accurate knowledge of our trade combined with ability is what makes us true professionals. Above all, we are watchful of our customers' interests and make their concerns the basis of our business.
Peter is only interested in his is reviews, not unhappy customers. If you give him a bad review, you will get an unprofessional, unpleasant response. Tiler had to come back 2x to repair work (missing grout and disintegrating grout), AND wanted to charge $150 for sealing it. Peter's workers damaged my stairwell drywall and after a month of messages and photos, no one has come to repair it. Finally gave him a bad review on Yelp, and this prompted him to send numerous text messages, only concerned about the review and not interested in making things right, regardless of all of the photos and "lifetime warranty". See full experience below: Peter's company was hired because of the "lifetime warranty" to install a new shower pan in the master bathroom. The job required the demolition of all of the shower tile, installation of new shower pan and new tile. The job started on Tuesday, 9/4 and ended on Friday, 9/7. During the demolition stage, the stairwell drywall was damaged by a hammer. Peter saw the damage, and agreed that it was their fault and that it would be fixed. The plumber patched up the hole but the job was horribly done "because he did not have the right ladder". I sent Peter the pictures and I was again promised that it would be done professionally and to my satisfaction. The day that the tile was placed we noticed that some areas were missing grout and the grout on the tiles had not been cleaned. The tiler came back on on Friday, 9/14, a week later to "finish" grouting. I was also told that the plumber would be coming on that Friday to fix the stairwell drywall, he did not. On Monday, 9/24 I again texted Peter re: stairwell drywall but he did not reply. On Tuesday, 9/25 I reached out to remind him of the drywall damage and that the grout continued to disintegrate, again no reply. On Saturday, 9/29 the tiler came back for a 2nd time. The tiler insisted that only the areas of the bathroom floor that were missing grout needed to be re-grouted and wanted to charge us extra for sealing the floor tiles. By this time, Peter was made aware how unhappy we were with the service. After almost a month, I finally wrote a negative review on Yelp, this time Peter finally replied in an unprofessional way. He was angry that he had been given a negative review. After a lengthy and unpleasant text interchange, I finally told him that he would never have to hear from us again but that we expected the stairwell wall damage fixed. He has yet to reply and I am assuming that the "lifetime warranty" is no longer valid since I have not heard from him again. I have evidence of our exchanges, along with photos of the damages and issues.

I hired Peter's Plumbing because I saw the good reviews on home advisor. Quite a few of the reviews mentioned that they were expensive but I chose to ignore that. Turns out that the owner of the company is not Peter but Pedro from Miami. This company seems to think that people in Broward have a lot of money so they can quote whatever they feel like. The folks who came to fix my leak spoke broken english so communication was an issue. I had a slow leak for quite some time behind a dry wall on the ground floor near the front door. I suspected it to be a drain pipe and I was right. The person who came to give me the estimate cut open a small section of the dry wall and confirmed that it was the 3 inch PVC pipe feeding into the main sewer line which had a leak. He gave me a estimate of $1500 dollars to fix. I asked him why it was so high and he said the leak was in the 90 degree joint deep under the concrete and that they would have to dig it up with a jack hammer and the problem would take an entire day to fix. He said if the leak was above ground it would have cost me between 500 and 600 dollars. We finally agreed for 1200 dollars. Turns out when they dismantled the dry wall and got a good view of the pipe, the crack was a good 4 inches above the ground and took only two hours to fix. When I asked them to reduce the charges, the owner Pedro yelled at me on the phone and told me that they never change an estimate and it had nothing to do with the difficulty level of the job. I paid him the full amount and promised to vent in my review at which point he yelled at me and said I could not give him a bad review to which I replied that as a customer this is the only defense I got. The replacement 10 inch pvc pipe and clamps cost less that 30 dollars. The job was done proper, the 2 workers came in uniform in a nice van with the company logo. I just wish they were more reasonable and less greedy.

The young man who installed the new water heater was knowledgeable and courteous. There is an issue with a noise in the pipes after running water or flushing the toilets but someone is supposed to come out tomorrow to resolve that. With that one exception, I am very satisfied with the work and the company. I will use them again.

Peter himself called immediately and was the ONLY company to call. Plumbers in Dade County seem to be very unreliable and Peter's Plumbing has brought back some of that reliability. Professional and courteous employees and they did a great job of picking up after themselves. It was a bit pricey but I will definitely use them again.
