Even though my project was not an emergency, they contacted me immediately, and came by the same day. Gave me an honest appraisal and advised what they could do to resolve my problem. In my case, it was just raising the temp of the water.

I contacted another plumber to complete the work, they couldnt get it done and told me the solution would cost $600 and that I had to pay them $60 just for them showing up. I called Peters Plumbing and they solved my problem in 15 minutes for a reasonable price. From now on I am calling Peters Plumbing.
