Ariel was awesome

NOT RECOMMEND, BEWARE, very bad business, the worker was courteous, but work was not good at all. They charge like pros when they are just learners. Change the quote value as they please. Had the main valve change, a worker cut the wall, made a big mess water running everywhere. Valve was not installed properly had a worse leak after, had to call someone else to repair. They want to charge me for the mess they did and more. Then, the owner (Pedro Gonzalez ) calls threatening to send two guys to break the pipe and take the valve out. The owners (Pedro Gonzalez wife, also called. to yell and insult me, instead of looking for a solution.) HomeAdvisor, how do you promote this kind of individuals, we as consumers trusted your site to hire a responsible and a professional help, not this kind of individuals. Please review their credentials, before adding them here.

They were kind and professional, however, they said it was the faucet so we bought a new one. That did not solve the problem. It looks like it is something major in the lines of the house. Still working on locating the problem. I do not blame them. $150.00 for nothing.

RIPE OFF! Can't speak for the whole company but as far as the guy who came out Ariel Gonzalez I will no longer be doing business with this company. "One bad apple ruins the bunch" it&'s true what they say. From our initial conversation Ariel quoted me a price not to exceed the amount we agreed on based on his time and labor. He did arrive within the time frame that he said he would which I would say was a good thing but once I told him what I thought the issue was (my shower nob was not turning all the way) he quickly agreed that was the issue and that it would be a simple fix, just as it was taking the nob off (which was one screw) and removing the stopper. From that point I could have stop him from going any further because as I said it was a estimate and I didn't have to pay him from that point because he was just coming to see it not to do work but being the person I am, I choose to allow him to continue to unscrew the nob just so I can at least pay him for the labor. This is where things went south, as I sit there and watch him do exactly what I describe and could have done myself within the 2 mins he spent doing it he then proceeded to write me a invoice for $75 and him himself didn't give me the invoice but sent the person who was riding along with him to write me the invoice and I ask"why are you charging me $75.34? Which the person with him couldn't answer. I felt myself feeling uneasy and instead of getting upset I just wanted him out of my house and then ask him which method could I pay he said Cashapp which I didn't know if it was going to the company or they both were just going to split it but none the less I paid and that was that. To make matters worst I reach out to Ariel (He left his personal number) and I expressed that I felt that he was unethical in the price that he charged me for the amount of work he done, I would have understand if he said that was his minimal prior to doing the job or that it would have been that price for any work done but this was not the case and he was rude and unprofessional and for that reason I WILL NOT do business with Peter's Plumbing again. I will prefer to spend more on a service at another company that charges more based off this interaction I have had with Ariel Gonzalez. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

Brian was prompt, polite and professional. He was diligent and his work was exceptional. I am very pleased with this company and would recommend them to anyone.

Very unprofessional. They treat you as if your not customer. They try to give you psychological advise. They cursed at me and i pointed to a pipe and said to replace it. They expect me to be the plumber and to give advise to get the job done.They offer to send someone out and the following day they didn't call. When i called they said they would have to charge an extra 150.00 to complete the job right. They were not up front with additional charge until it came time to pay the bill. I paid 300.00 and still cannot shut off the water to my apartment. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

Eric was amazing. His service was excellent. He explained everything he found.

They were very responsive. The cost was a bit high. We had a seal installed on one of our toilets, and we were charged $275 for that work. The guy was here for less than an hour.

The Son of Peter did the work a nice young man and very professional. I was quoted $550.00 to change my kitchen sink new faucet and change my garbage disposal. This was for labor only. When the work was complete my bill was $ 900.00. Was I upset that was an understatement? I choose this company for their flat rate. I would have been better hiring a company that charged $175.00 for the first hour and $95.00 per additional hours. When the job was finished I asked if he would take the old sink I was told he would take for an additional $75.00. I said no thank you. My suggestion if you use this company and get a flat rate be aware that this is only the beginning. By the way, I had to go to a store to by the caulking and clear seal because my service person did not have it and yes, I paid for. I am not saying not to use this company just be aware of a nice surprise when it's time to pay.

Erick, the service tech was professional, extremely well mannered and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and had a very positive attitude. In recent years when workmen or so -called techs have come to provide a service I have been lied to and/or extremely disappointed in their work ethics, etc. I can tell you that Erick is a special individual and his company should be proud to have him .
