Service take too long to finish, Plummer has to leave to buy new parts, he changed some faucet parts but he only replace one faucet as the other replaced but not the same type

I was quoted a price of $1500 to drain a clogged driveway drain which included snaking as well. I was told that parts would be an additional cost. Price was agreed on and they left the property and were gone for hours. Finally I called them thinking they were not returning. They said were getting some things and having lunch (it was 4 pm). They returned with a sump pump, hose, and 2 pairs of rubber boots. Sump pump was installed (they were throlled with the runner boots) but this did not pump a lot of water. One of them left (there were 2) and came back an hour later with another hose. This was connected and water was gushing out. They snaked the drain and left. A couple hours later I was called and informed that the price was $729.34 more than quoted because of the parts . So I paid for the new pump, 2 sets of hoses (one that did not work and they probably returned) and the rubber boots. These are not parts used to repair something broken. These were materials that a plumber should have in their truck especially when knowing and offering to resolve a slow driveway drain and saying that cost of draining pond would be $1500.

True professionals, Brian and his helper were very friendly and provided very good advice on what else we needed done. I will call them again in the very near future to help with other projects identified. Highly recommend Peter's Plumbing! Great job guys, thank you.

i had a broken water main faucet and they called and were here in about the time they quoted Very excellent work A bit more expensive than I had expected-but I needed it done and they were here!

I was seeking estimates to repair the bidet drain plug that had broken because of worked out, never replaced from the original installation. The reason for the lower star rating is not because of the work. Here is the problem, I was only perusing home advisor for a professional, the next thing I knew we were being bombarded with calls unbeknownst to us, we answered none of them, then a text message from Peters plumbing came, which we did not answer because we were still looking, the next thing my husband and I knew this guy showed up to our home, scared the heck out of us, because we confirm no appointments with anyone, all of this happened within one hour of looking on the home advisor site. The gentleman said he was told by his boss to swing by our property to see what we needed, I found this to be very in businesslike, because the guy was very nice and professional we went ahead and let him give us a quote for the job,the initial quote we found to be very high for a part that was probably $30 or less, that being said I understand you have to pay for labor we felt the job was overpriced at $350, then they came down to $250.The job should have about $175.00-$200.00, we wanted to get the job done so we went ahead, but unsure if we will use again if this is their practice of showing up unannounced to a customer home without speaking to them or an appointment, the owner needs to do better.

They really used their heads and found the problem with the drainage from my Air Handler Not only nice and professionals but SMART !!

They removed my 30 gl water heater and replaced with a larger 50 gl very quickly. The larger tank caused breaker to trip. They came back out the following day and made sure that it worked correctly and left me completely satisfied with a new water heater that also improved water quality as the old tank had much calcium build up in it.

When Brian and Jonathan showed up they were courteous and professional. I needed a new shower spout and they were able to do the job quickly. They even helped me figure out my faulty toilet for no fee! Outstanding! I will use again and recommend. Price was fair for the job.
