Called HA and they hooked me up with Pete s plumbing. I got a call from them within minutes. The office staff was helpful and concerned and dispatched Brian to my house within hours. Brian the service tech was super courteous and efficient identified the problem right away and the job was done. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs

Brian and Jorge worked as a team to install the tankless water heater quick and efficient. Both of them are very knowledgeable, professional and neat. They did the plumbing and electric part seamlessly. Brian is very resourceful and smart. Julia, customer service rep, was very helpful, personable y proactive coordinating this project. Price was competitive. I strongly recommend Peter s Plumbing for your next project. I ll hire them again.

Tech was late but called twice which is fine. Job was done fast and very well. But price was outrageous, I bidded down but this is too much for a retiree on fixed income.

a star or two for courtesy and promptness, but the rep they sent had no clue about repairing a dripping toilet tank, said the only remedy was to completely replace the toilet. We fixed it ourselves, replaced the bolts, washers and tank-to-bowl gasket, and no more drips and leak. I would hope their more senior staff has more expertise but we did not get any of it. Nice people, but...

Lightning fast. I had a phone call before Home advisor stopped spinning. David showed up and took care of the clog with nothing more than a plunger. Very professional, super clean, left no mess, very respectful to my family. Amazing.

Did a good job installing new toilet, but price too high. Need to improve on leaving area cleaner. Poor clean up.

Do NOT hire for tankless hot water installation. Their plumber ended up working on the electrical when we were told they would have a licensed electrician do the job and we were lied to. The plumber ended up damaging our electical in the house and they did nothing to resolve the issue. Also the plumbing work done was unacceptable. The pipes were not secure and not mounted to the wall and additional valves were installed for no reason. Whats also bizarre is we could over hear the plumber call the boss on speakerphone and we could hear him say things like;cover up&and the fact that we paid $2121 for the job sounding as though we got what we paid for. Very unprofessional. Also we paid over $500 for materials and the plumber installed used and defective breakers. In the end we had to hire another company to redo ALL of the work that Peters Plumbing did. Beware Peters Plumbing will come with a cheap price but in the end they charge more for material and the workmanship was attrocious.

This company overcharged us for a highly simple job. In addition, the plumber left the water valve opened and advised that we could use the dishwasher, he even helped us get the dishwasher going, only to realize that after he left the entire kitchen flooded. Furthermore, the quoted price agreed to didn't include the price for the materials, so the actual total paid was a surprise. He should have advised the price for materials at front. We don't recommend this company, they are highly overpriced and not reliable.

There were leaks originally with the work, but they came and fixed. The prices were a little bit too high, as well.

I received honest advice, and although I didn’t move forward with the work, I appreciated the professionalism that Rob/Drake displayed when he provided the estimate.

I was pleased with this company s professionalism. The representative that I spoke with over the phone was very pleasant and courteous. She set up my consultation appointment with ease. When the plumber (Brian) came by to assess our issue, he was very knowledgeable, understanding and made us feel comfortable. He explained what work needed to be done and provided us with an estimate. The only reason why we didn t have him start the work yet is because we also need our issue assessed by the condominium association plumber before we move forward. Once we are able to start the work I would definitely have Brian come back to do the job.

They were super prompt and efficient. We had a serious emergency and they got us out of the woods in no time.
