Main water inlet valve was faulty. I called Peter's on the phone. Technicians came within 2 hrs, assessed the job, and by my choice decided to do the repair in the morning. Technicians arrived on time, and removed the faulty valve. Job entailed more work than envisioned because pipe was brittle but they dug and replaced the fitting necessary and installed the new valve. Very neat welding/soldering. Tidied up before leaving and made sure everything was working before leaving. I am very pleased.

They overcharged,, Misdiagnosed the problem, not followed appropriate plumbing standards, effected work that caused damage to the site. Had us purchase unneeded materials .

Negotiated a fair price for a gas water heater in my garage, old one was leaking. Installation was done, everything looked good. Completely unrelated issue required me to have gas company out to my house 2 weeks later. Gas company technician refused to relight the hot water heater after he finished outside my house because he claimed two errors with the original installation. Peter's Plumbing did send someone out right away, and explained that the installer I had was recently fired. I was dismayed to learn I may have had gas or fumes venting into my garage improperly and was charged additionally because I had to add a sediment trap. That should have been part of original price if required by code. Overall, I feel I overpaid and I feel very uncomfortable recommending them.

Peter's plumbing responded prompt to our request starting with July on the phone giving an appointment in a very short time frame. Then the technicians Jesus Alvarez and Marcus were perfectly on time and they diagnosed the problem with the water heater and explained to me what the solution was in a n honest way demonstrating great professionalism.

Their prompt reply to my request. Were very efficient and professional.Ariel was fabulous. He not only installed the water heater but helped me clean all the debris that i had from the old water heater. Before he left he made sure that it was working correctly n even got rid of the old water heater.If you hire somebody else you will be sorry.

Tried to accommodate me on the day I called. He was in South Miami and it was raining. Liked that he kept in touch and we were able to identify the problem next morning.

Do not hire them! Had the worst experience with them. On 12/14/19 had rep Andres come to my home and give me a quote to change my water heater to a tankless water heater. Quoted price $1400.00 Scheduled the job for 12/21/19 and we agreed to the rheem 18kw and he brings the 13kw. When I told him that is not what we agreed upon he stated he will go get it . At this point another rep from their company shows up and tells me the work for the agreed water heater is now going to cost me $1800-$2000. I was floored. I told that that I had a receipt for the price and if the rep quoted me the wrong price, that they should honor it for this price . Of course they did not. If I could give them a 0 I would. Do not hire them!

The most honest plummer I have ever met. Original Plummer s all for one Plumming told me 7500 for work . They made it seem I had more problems. Thanks to Peters it was only the main toilet!!!!

Had a problem Christmas Eve. They showed up. Actually called to ask if he could come early which was great. Very polite and professional.
