Michael, from Peter’s Plumbing was Prompt & Professional. He fixed everything we asked him to with clear communication as to what he was doing and how much it would be. I Strongly Recommend calling Peter’s Plumbing if you should ever need anything in that category fixed or installed!!!

I thought it was going to be a big job unclogging the toilet from an object that went down the drain. But it was quick and easy. Brian was polite and efficient. In and out 15 minutes tops. Here id the problem though: HomeAdvisor gave me a price of $ 117 for 2 hours work. This was a complete lie. I was charged$250 for 15 minutes. It does not make sense. Who screwed up the estimate. He did not give me a quote before doing the job, so naturally, I did not think it would exceed the quote they gave me. So something is fishy. Still, due to the convenience I paid it. I could have waited and gotten other quotes. Lots of other companies called but I already had them on the way. But when you are selfly quarantining in a pandemic, you need your toilet working and you do not want a bunch of people coming to your house to give quotes. But what gave you a wrong quote or the company not adhering to it.

The customers service lady was very nice and professional I didn t get her name. The tech that arrived his name was David very professional knew his job took care of the problem in no time.

Great service I'm a new homeowner and Mike and Nino with the help of their manager Louis helped fix my sewage problem and uncovered some issues that we not up to standard grateful for the help and the information that was also given to help me make an informed decision on how to fix the problem.

They had to make 4-5 runs to Home Depot. They were not prepared for the job. They also fell through my ceiling and left a massive hole, I had to hire someone else to fix it

This company is a total rip off. I was charged $150.00 to install only a handle on my toilet. The plumber went to Home Depot and bought one handle. I also needed a leak in my bathtub/shower checked. The plumber said he had to knock out wall which would be $500.00 plus the cost of repair. He spent about 5 minutes soldering the pipe, left the wall mess on the floor and charged me another $100.00. When he left I flushed the toilet he replaced the handle on and it wouldn t stop running flooding my bathroom floor. I called the office and the receptionist said she would contact the plumber to come back to my home. He initially didn t want to come back he said I told you yesterday you needed a new toilet. He reluctantly came back and said problem fixed it was twisted inside the toilet? Later that evening I took a shower and the water was flowing to the bathtub and through the shower head resulting in no shower pressure. Before he soldered the pipe water pressure was fine. I called the company in the morning and explained what had happened the plumber called me back and said I told you that you needed to replace the copper pipes they are old. When he soldered the pipe some debris must of came loose. I said it needs to be fixed he said I will give you a deal I know exactly what the problem is and I will cut you a deal for another $200.00. I said no thank you and the jobs are not to my satisfaction.
