Contacted them to check out my water softer system in a house that I just rented after selling my own house,2 guys came out and they new nothing about the system, like me since I have never been on well water before,they just came to add salt in by the way a craked salt tank so the water drained out in less then 10 mins,they left with my $400 that i paid.i called them back and a field supervisor came out and said the system is shot and need to be replaced,he said he would get back to me in the morning and when he finally did he gave me a quote of $2200 and I would get 400 credit,I know the system itself is only $600-$700 so they would charge me $1600 for an installation that takes less then an hour, after a shooting match on the phone I agreed to pay them $200 and get 200 refund which I have seen nothing from,in the meantime I had called another company and they came out next day and installed a complete water softener system for $ 900,installation and all,stay away from Peters lpumbing,still looking for my refund 3weeks later

I paid them $750 to snake my drain and take a picture of my drain and the same problem occurred four days later. They completely ripped me off. They did not do a good job at all. Would not recommend them at all unless you literally want to flush your money dow the toilet and lots of it!!

Made an appointment from 10:30 to 11 am Saturday tech never showed up super disappointed with the lack of effort involved to service the customer. I will be leaving a review on BBB. Learn to keep set appointment times. You wasted my whole Saturday. Super disrespectful towards other times. Maybe I should call and set up fake appointments to waste your time instead.

Don't hire this company. They changed the price twice, even after completing the job they started adding other fees. Ended up costing 20% more than the original estimate. The job wasn't even done correctly.
